Any of you girls have piercings? I have seen everything in the world pierced and am often surprised with the piercings guys have. Some of the girl's are
very innovative also. I have none.

My GF once offered that I should get my ears pierced. Finding clip ons that work with my fat lobes is difficult plus all the cute earrings are for pierced ears.

I'm not sure I want to since it would mean having to wear something all the time to keep them from closing up even when not en femme.

I still see pierced ears as a strictly femme attribute and while a single pierced ear may be acceptable for modern guys, having both pierced looks 'girly-man'.

Am I way off base here?

It used to be (the duel ear piercing vs girly guy thing). I don't think that it matters anymore. When I got mine pierced I just got the smallest studs that were available. It's kind of hard to even see them.

I've got double piercings in both ears. I love to put a small stud in the top whole and a dangly one in the bottom.
