Reading the topic "Ways to be more feminine without all the work....", a random thought interrupted.
So as not to disturb the flow there as I found it fascinating, a new post:
What car or other vehicle do you find most feminine? If one characteristic of it appeals to you , please elaborate.

A car can be anything from an appliance to a status symbol. For many of us, it's just an appliance that might say something about our personalities. Most of my female acquaintances drive small SUVs/crossovers that could be described as cute. However, that type of car is popular with just about everyone these days, so you can't really peg it as a fem vehicle. I have driven everything from massive trucks to korean econoboxes and never given any thought to what they say about me. I see my car as I see my refrigerator. It is clean, contemporary and spacious, and does its job well and reliably. Good enough for me.

Vehicle wise it sort of depends on the image. For those of us pretending to be soccer mom's or later in life, it's just a practical ride. Something like an SUV.

Now really, what is sexier than a cute young lady driving a muscle car. Answer: Nothing, unless it's also a convertible.

Where I live I N. Carolina women are into Jeeps. 80% women.
Big tires lots of ducks on the dash. It appears the Jeep has taken the
place of the mini van. This is the new soccer mom vehicle
The guys like myself drive pick up trucks.
I joked with my wife that I want to trade my p/u for a Jeep P/U. She said no.

I drive an orange Corvette. I have two GG neighbors, that both have Corvette's, one red, one black.
It makes me think that Corvette's are girl cars.

As an automotive technician for the past 13 yrs I'd say there's nothing that screams American Woman more than a red 67 Camaro. Or maybe a bright blue 69 Mustang. But honestly I see more women driving in Tahoe's and 4Runners and Jeep Wranglers

I see most women my age driving small SUVs or crossovers. Although that doesn't scream woman to me, it appears to be a popular choice. I consider my 1990 Miata to be feminine. It's small and cute. In retrospect, I often wonder if that is one of the subliminal reasons that I bought it.

I feel that any car or vehicle can be "feminine" depending on who's driving and how they are presenting.
If you have an SUV and look like a soccer mom, that works.
If you drive a Cadillac and look like a mature, well to do woman, that works.
If you are in a Cooper Mini and are young, pretty and stylish, that works.
It's the driver who makes the car feminine in my opinion.

Sadly, I don't fit into the girl car, man car kind of thing. A car is a means of transport and as long as it's reliable and does the job I need, that's all that matters. My old Dodge Caliber works for me, long hair or short hair. :D

From what I have seen, depending on the area, it could be an SUV (sometimes the larger, the better) or a pickup truck.

People tell me I don't I act my age and they're right, that's why I drive a yellow 1990 Nissan 300ZX TT. When I'm drive it around underdressed with my big, girl sunglasses on and my long gray hair, I feel so sexy that I forget I'm an old man LOL.

Allright Amanda!!! I have a pearl white 1990 300tt in my garage. Have never driven it dressed, but that day is coming. Very cool...
My girl car is my grocery getter, 2014 Nissan Murano, a crossover suv. Drive it fully fem all the time when I go on one of my out of town trips. My other car is a classic, too recognizable to drive it it fem mode. Heather can relate to that.

Does an old muscle car with a built up motor count? I doubt it. How about a touring motorcycle? No?
Wifey drives my minivan.

I have two vehicles, a red 1999 Jeep Cherokee, that just had the engine replaced after sitting in the driveway for the almost 5 years. Need to get it registered again. My second vehicle, that my wife and I bought because the Jeep was dying, is blue 2014 Ford Mustang. In the right light it looks purple, which was what sold my wife on it. Drove that partially fem to the GNO in OKC in Mar. Will probably do the same next month.

I don't think vehicles any more are feminine. It used to be a beetle convertible with eyelast headlights or a pink caddie. Now so many just drive monster trucks as they often barely see over the dash, that no vehicle stands out. Closest is a leaf, but that is such a poor choice, you don't see many on the road.
There are a ton of macho vehicles available for male drivers, but very few for reverse macho fem vehicles. Perhaps the closest is a red vette converible.
Why would you want to have a reverse macho vehicle for your drive? Just consider all the goodies you could have if did not splurge it all on a "fem vehicle".

I find any car equipped with a box of tissues, a tube of hand moisturizer, a bottle of water and an umbrella very feminine.

Gee, I never thought of a car being more for a woman. Colors of course. Elvira drives a black convertible Thunder Bird and I think of her when I see one. My wife used to drive a Jeep. A glass plane for Wonder Woman and a motorcycle for Batgirl. I have to give the world of cars a bit of a different look at.
