I have not a day of sufficient time since before the Covid lock down to be fully en femme. Today my wife left early with her sisters for an entire day of shopping. Not a local day out but several hours away, one way.

I broke out my wardrobe and started with a black bra (Breezie's), black six tab garter girdle (Crepe Suzette) to hold up a pair of off black thigh highs, black Vanity Fair light control panty, black below the knee Velrose slip, 2 1/2 inch black heels by Renee, and a midi length black and white floral print empire waist sun dress that has cap sleeves. I dug out my shoulder length curly grey wig. I feel so comfortable.

I started the washer to clean an ankle length sun dress that has a stain on the front. I hope it comes out. Next will be a load of dainties; panties and nighties. I have on a retro bib apron in black with pink flowers and pink piping on the edges. I don't want to get my dress dirty with flour when I start baking a banana bread. I bought it and several others on ebay from a woman who makes wonderful aprons with retro designs at a very reasonable price.

PS: The stain came out.

Re: stains. I've been quite lucky, prespotting with Tide, and letting it sit overnight (gets rid of red wine, spaghetti sauces, grape juice, and more after a good soak). Then wash as usual, and hang dry to see if the stain came out. If not, then the usual organic compounds to attack the stain as well (gasoline, brake cleaner, and other organic solvents, just let soak and then apply Dawn dishwashing liquid to the same area for a second wash to get all the solvents out of the fabric).

Me too, Debbie. I think I am fortunate that my wife and I sleep apart which affords me the opportunity to sleep in a bra and panty and either a nightgown or full slip. I'm an early riser so I do get to be somewhat en femme in the morning from 6:00 AM -7:00 AM to about 9:30 AM.
