Totally Awesome wife. So i am at home playing on the computer, doing some work, and i get a phone call from my wife who is at work. She says she has had a long day, and needs some retail therapy. I simply replied that i am not dressed for that right now. She says, "So". She tells me that she is going to be home in about a hour or so. Now retail therapy for us is just as it sounds, but i usually dress up and we both go out and so some shopping, have dinner and such. So there i am, being given an hours notice to get ready. She usually cleans up after work, so that actually buys me some more time. So off I go, shower, shave and the like. Put on some makeup and my undies and bra, with forms. Then i select an outfit, consisting of a teal and white tank blouse and black just above the knee skirt. Select my jewelry and then strap on a pair of heels. I would later switch into flat sandals for the extensive walking part of the shopping trip. Drove to a local mall, went to what is becoming our favorite store, Boscov and proceeded to try on and eventually purchase some new items. We then went to a steakhouse for dinner. Somewhat pricey, but the food was good. Then the hour drive home. All in all, i was dressed for approximately 10 hours, about $150 poorer than when we started. Not that bad for something that was unplanned. My wife enjoyed her retail therapy day, and all was well with the world.

Michelle, you are certainly among the luckiest of us! You're living the dream and I completely agree with Boscov's, on my last trip they had a great selection of hosiery and dresses in my sizes, and on sale!

WOW most of us hope for acceptance/understanding from our wives but to have a spouse that participates and even plans outings as a couple while crossdressed must be incredible you are a lucky girl!

Thank you for sharing the details of your shopping day and dinner with your wife. Your story sounds so much like what I posted yesterday. I love reading about those marriages that can find ways to have fun as you two have obviously done.

If you're SO gets off at 5 and it took her an hour to come home and get ready and an hour for u to get to the mall. Our mall shops close at 9. So, u had 2 hours to shop. Then, a couple of hours for dinner. Our restaurants close about 10. And, an hour back home by 11 or so?
Now, how were u dressed for 10 hours? Unless u stayed up until 3 AM?:battingeyelashes:

Lucky you. I'm so jealous. I would love to have my wife as a shopping partner. But honestly, I didn't lack for shopping partners until my BFF CD and her wife moved out of town.

Still a great shopping experience. And since we had a GG companion, all 3 of us used the women's changing room.

I have several other accepting GGs that help me shop now.

My wife got off work around 1p, called me at 12p, giving me about an hour or so head start. she was home by 2p. I am already dressed at this point. shops closed between 7p and 9p, then dinner and the drive home (1 hr each way). by the time all was said and done, it was around 12, so maybe not 10 hrs, but at least a good 9.

10 hours is too long for me to dress when I go out. With my tite girdles, waist cinchers, and hi spike heels, my extreme limit's about 6. Altho, I once did a commercial modelling shoot that lasted over 10 hours.:doh:
I was beyond exhaustion when we finished!:eek:
