The New Knee,

[BLUE ORCHID]

Exactly one month ago today (08/09.23) I had a total knee replacement,

It was about 2 months the last time I Dressed, This past Wednesday 09/06
was the first time dressed with all the trimmings & 4" Heels, It felt Wonderful.

The Rehab is coming along Nicely , The P T says I am ahead of Schedule,

About 5 years ago I had to quit bicycling and hi spike heels because one knee got so bad I was sure I needed a replacement.:sad:

Turns out all I needed was physical therapy. Now, it's good as new! If it acts up I start my knee exersizes again and in a week it's fine! Hi spikes, bicycles and all!:)
