Anyone really comfortable with hybrid mode of dressing? Normally it's either male or female but hybrid feels weird. Hybrid for me is a skirt in the AM with polo shirt.

Yeah I'm fine with it. Some days I'm (at home) in a dress with makeup, shoes and all - other days I'm just in a pair of mom jeans (with other drab clothes) which still make me feel girly.
For me it's about how the clothes make me feel rather than look, though sometimes looking good does give you the ultimate good feels! (if that makes sense)

For me... I am always in Hybrid mode, I don't think I even own any "mens" pants anymore only ladies slacks and shorts, panties and mostly shoes. I have long hair all the time and am often mistaken for a lady when out. The only difference is whether I'm wearing padding and a bra. Of course if in full "Girl" mode I almost always am wearing a skirt or dress and earrings but otherwise I usually just look like any other lady out and about just with a low voice and flat chest :)

Working from home, I sometimes find myself throwing on a men's shirt when I have to be on camera on a zoom call. I don't wear makeup or shave so I guess some would say I never go past a hybrid mode anyways. I don't own any male underwear either, so yea I guess I am 100% hybrid.

Nope. I'm the all boy or all girl type of girl.
The only exception is last Halloween. I went as Victor/Victoria in women's suit and pants, a red ruffled blouse and a full beard.

There are days when I can't stand wearing pants and swap them for a skirt
I?m often in hybrid mode, a simple swap of skirts for pants is sometimes enough. But other times it isn?t, then it?s the full bra, forms, makeup and jewellery.

I used to do something like that.
Maybe a skort and top with no hair and makeup or some other outfit. Then one day my wife looked at me and said "you need hair". Since then there is no hybrid. I always wear my clothes and one of my wigs. Light makeup if I'm not going out and full if I do, but no more hybrid mode.

When I just started dresesing and was experimenting? Yes!:)
But, I'm old school now. Either dress to the 9's or not at all!:tongueout
Being in a DADT relation, I can only dress outside, so I decided to use female pants to go to work. Later, I changed the shirts by blouses and sweaters by female ones. I talked to my boss about this and he didn't realized what I was doing, and he was OK with me in hybrid mode, as well as the team. I'm currently using forms and pads daily, and almost no male clothes, just the socks...
I?m totally hybrid since I love having a beard AND I love spending time at home in various women?s clothes. I actually consider myself to be somewhat androgynous with a strong feminine aesthetic.
My hair is almost to my waist. I wear 3/4? sterling hoop earrings daily. I do light mascara and eyeshadow in male mode and I like discretely wearing a bra (no forms). Most of my shoes are unisex with a couple of ballet flats thrown in.
I have no desire to be mistaken for a woman

I may start in hybrid mode now and then. Oh my wife is out for a few hours, a bra would feel right. But within minutes I'm in full girl mode. Hybrid is a very temporary time for me.

I’m thankful for hybrid dressing while working a hybrid schedule. Like others in this post, I enjoy the feeling of women's clothing and hybrid dressing helps me relax while I work. Since my position requires me to be on Zoom calls for hours each day, when I work from home, I wear a male dress shirt with either a skirt or women dress slacks, and heels. If I am in the office, I’m underdressing while wearing full male clothing.

Other than driving my hybrid car, I just cannot feel comfortable in a hybrid mode.

I guess I'm never NOT hybrid. No makeup, ever. No men's jeans, ever. Leggings or yoga shorts usually if we have company, otherwise the same or a skirt or Daisy Dukes. Usually women's tank at work (construction), men's or women's t-shirts in public, toe ring nearly always visible, anklet often in public and almost always at home, and so on. The 5 o'clock shadow is ever-present, there's no mistaking me for a woman.

Other than under dressing, I am binary when dressing.

This is me exactly. Except I don't own any mens shoes.

I agree that half-half feels and looks weird. What weirdly enough doesn't feel too weird is keeping my beard, while being fully dressed including a wig. I don't go out anyways.

I never thought of dressing the way I like to dress as 'hybrid'== I always thought of it as 'androgynous' dressing.
Before 2020 and COVID, my wife and I spend six to eight months of the year traveling in our Airstream. The first year we went out was in 2014. My attire was mostly columbia shorts and shirts, both genders and of courses panties.
Now, ten years later and health issues, I just dress around the house mostly in pullon chic jeans and tee shirts. I haven't cut my hair since covid.

Depends on what you consider hybrid.
When I dress I guess it would be 100% of the time hybrid.
I dress completely from the neck down.
Forms undergarments and a dress.
But never wigs and makeup.
Heck I dont even own any makeup.
I do have a few wigs. But never wear them.

Well, for me, hybrid is panties - and depending on the weather and my mood - a bra, a camisole and pantyhose underneath traditional male clothing.
