View Full Version : Have you seen my white bra?

You read that correctly. That's the question I'll be asking my wife in another day or two. I only change clothes in our spare bedroom and keep all my bras in 2 dresser drawers. Actually, bras in 1 drawer and bralettes in another drawer. Last night I wanted to wear my white bra as I had white panties on. When I went to bed I'd have worn my white nighty. I simply could not find it. I emptied both drawers with no success. Okay, maybe it's been a while since I've worn it and it's still in a suitcase from out last trip over Memorial Day weekend. I checked all 3 suitcases with no luck. Well, I did wash my intimates last Friday so I checked the washing machine and dryer. Nope, not in either of those. If I don't find it soon, I'll simply have to ask her if she's seen it. We still have not found the hoop earring (clip on) I lost 8 - 12 months ago. I have no idea how long it's been, but it's been a while. Anyway, I put on my black bra and wore my black nighty to bed.

Heather, Any chance your white bra ended up with your wife’s bras?

I lose bras all the time. My clothes are in a different room than my wife's, since I get up so much earlier than she does, and we do our laundry separately (in different machines even), so it's hard to blame her.
I search, I panic, I give up. I find the missing bra the next day under a t-shirt or something.

I'll never understand why folks care so much about matching clothing no one will ever see?

Heather, I'm reminded of the movie A Guide for the Married Man, where Jayne Mansfield loses her bra.

Is it any wonder I see a regular, run of the mill ophthalmologist, a retina specialist, and a pediatric ophthalmologist? Yeah, my eyesight is borderline despite the fact I have 20/20 vision in both eyes. So, tonight I'm deciding which bra to put on when the white bra is right in the stack of bras it's supposed to be in. I believe it was reflecting some hues off another bra or two and I saw it as another color. All is now good in my world of intimates. YIPPEE!!! Once again I'm a happy old lady.

Nope, it's not the eyes. It's genetics
Cavemen were hunters and learned to see things that moved (animals). If they couldn't see the prey, they and their family didn't eat and didn't survive.
Cavewomen were gatherers and learned to see things that didn't move (berries). If they couldn't see the the berries, they and their family didn't eat and didn't survive.
You just proved you're a guy, not a girl. Sorry.

It's a girl thing, doc. A bff of mine is that way inclined, and it shows me she holds herself in such high esteem that it even extends to caring about her lingerie. Even if no-one will see it. (But perhaps someone will :heehee:).
I'm sure there will be some GGs reading this thread who will understand.

Yes, Doc, it's a girl thing. Right now I have on black panties, black bra, black dress, and black thigh highs. All my jewelry is gold including 2 bracelets, an ankle bracelet, my wedding ring, and hoop earrings. I know I look like a "plain Jane" but I feel good about how I look.
