Walk in the park

Took my puppy for a walk in the park today. My puppy is a mini-Dachshund and a very rare coloring. So, if anyone sees her, they don't know Glenda but me. And I don't care anymore.

While walking her you meet other people, and they tell how cute she. While I meet a couple and was walking by them, I hear him said is that a male or female. My first thought was he talking about when she said "it's female you tell by the pink collar she is wearing." I had to smile at myself he was talking about my puppy.

Glenda, it was walking my little dog, that outed me to my neighbours. I took him for a late night walk when I was fully dressed. He was a Whippet with very distinct colouring and markings. So even in the dark was quite noticeable. I was seen and the following morning it was the talk of the neighbourhood.
Not looked back since.

Cute story. Wish Heather could walk her dog in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, he is quite distinctive, and I would be outed right away.
