Glenda had a great 2 weeks

The last 2 weeks have been great for Glenda. My sister has been helping me setup a garage sale and Glenda was out the hole time. My neighbor came over with some tables and met Glenda for the first time. He was great had no problem with me and helped in setting up. Every day after we we had work on things we went out to dinner as 2 ladies.

Later my neighbor's wife came by with her mother and aunt and we talk about the things on sale. They all treated me with respect.

I have been taking my puppy out for walks and talking with other neighbors. I haven't had any problems. In fact I was invited to dinner with some of them.

During the 2-day sale, people kept asking us ladies about things and my puppy. My sister would slip up say her and say her brother this or that.

I also told my daughter about me. She said she knew I was CD because of her mother {my EX} told her. I told I was trans and starting HRT. She was OK with it. Made me feel great.

So today the sale over and my neighbor had a car it the Greenfield Village car show. So, Glenda had to go. Spend most of the day there

GLENDA: You look fabulous. Great to hear that your sister, your neighbors, and your daughter all are accepting you and embracing you as your true self. That must be very gratifying.

I’m a Detroit native who grew up in the DC area and has retired to the south. During my youth (50s and early 60s) I returned to Michigan many times and have fond memories of Detroit in that time period. I’ve been to Greenfield Village a few times and remember fondly the car collection on display there (among so much more). My dad could identify every model they had. I love it that you were able to go to the G.V. car show with a friend. What fun. I’m envious.

On a side note, since we’re about the same age, does the name “Boblo” have any significance to you in your youth? If so, PM me.
