Although I am in australia, I have just returned home after visiting the USA for, amongst other things, the Diva Las Vegas event for the 3rd year in a row.
I don't really dress much these days (it's not that I don't want to but going everywhere on my own tends to reduce enthusiasm for me, my neighbours make it a challenge too) and I really don't have anywhere to go) and outside of the DLV event, I have only dressed up once in 2 in the last 2 years and that frequency is likely to decrease.
Having said that, it was sure fun to get to play golf in a skirt and sleeveless top and having complete anonymity is very liberating. I had a very enjoyable playing group which added to the experience.
I would love to do it in australia but there are just too many complications even in doing it on my own but finding someone else to play with is hard enough but to find someone to play with while presenting as Melissa would be like finding a needle in a stack of needles (as opposed to a haystack)
Outside of any events like DLV, have any members on this site (I guess this question is aimed at those who are only "part timers" like myself) gone out amongst the general public and played a sport like golf, tennis, pickleball or any other sport?

I have always wanted to play golf in a skort and sleeveless top.
I was actually there last week but didn't realize DLV was going on.
I wish I would have checked and brought my clubs.
Where did y'all play? Where was the DLV held?
I stayed off the strip with my wife and dressed each morning.
We stayed at the Orleans. I walked around drinking my
coffee each morning.
Glad you had a good time.

I golf as Chris every time I golf. I also have played tennis with a cute dress and the old time tennis panties.

When I was in my mid-twenties I had a no show job and played 18 to 36 holes a day. I was a scratch golfer. Eventually I had to get a real job and could only play occasionally. Went from mid 70s to high 90s. So frustrated I never played golf again. It has been about 35 years since I picked up a club. I would like to scuba dive (my passion other than dressing) in a girly wet suit though.

Would love to play tennis or golf dressed. Closest I came was wearing forms and sports bra playing tennis. Fun but dangerously revealing when having to run!
Also went to a driving range with forms. Interesting/fun to compensate for the different shape/weight.

DLV also has a pickleball event. This year it was at the Westgate on Tuesday morning. Unfortunately, it was hot as hell and not very pleasant. But it is very fun playing in a sleeveless top and a tennis skirt! Hopefully next year the weather will be a little more cooperative.

Yes, I've played golf wearing a sleeveless top and a skort. As well as watching the Traveler's Championship on a brutally hot summer day. Fortunately I was able to find shady spots out of the sun where I could watch the action.

My wife and I golf all the time. Leagues, tournaments, on vacation, for fun etc...... we both enjoy it, although as tough point out, it can be very frustrating but the scenery is usually spectacular.
And I can't wait to golf in a sleeveless & short. As for SCUBA diving, highly recommend. We go to Aruba every year, and do at least one dive. Nothing like like.

That all sounds like a wonderful time,

it was a lot of fun. I guess if you turned up presenting as female, it's not like they ask for your personal information but you'd still have to interact at the clubhouse.

Melissa, another larger T event in Vegas is WildSide. Held in May it's usually not too hot. At both DLV and Wildside, which I skipped this year for the 1st time in ages, I've met a few T girls from Oz. They were from Qland, too. So, there r girls down unda if u look!
I found the Oz girls to be charming!:hugs:
Golf dressed? Yeah, I did that once at DLV. Never again!
Golf! Not dressing up!:heehee:

Golfing dressed is my #1 bucket list, maybe some day I can make it happen.

Enjoyed playing at TopGolf with you at Diva! I also attended the pickleball event, which was fun although it was too unseasonably hot in Vegas to play for more than a half-hour. One day I would like to do a round of regular golf while dressed. It would be nice to see you again at DLV, whenever they decide to hold it next time.

well Connie, keep an eye out for Diva Las Vegas next year (it's been in September and October the last 3 years) and you can tick that item off your list

I would like to scuba dive (my passion other than dressing) in a girly wet suit though.
I've scuba dived in a wet suit, but I never noticed any difference between boy wet suits and a "girly wet suit".
But, scuba diving was an excuse to wear pantyhose since the wet suit slips on much more easy over pantyhose than bare legs. So I've been told. I was way too scared to experience it personally.

I do not golf, but I scuba dive, since 1980. Yes the wearing of pantyhose does help with putting on older style wet suits, but modern suits just glide on now. But that being said, the wearing of a dive skin, and a women's wetsuit, the only difference is the cut and style lines and color in the suit. You can even get color matched gear to match the wetsuit, face mask, BC, fins. But back to the feeling of wearing a dive skin, and women's bathing suit, under a wetsuit is heaven. The feeling of everything finally getting wet and how it clings to you is fantastic, on top of being weightless when underwater, is just so good feeling, it's hard to explain. I hope I did not get too off topic, but my two cents worth. Shineyleggs.
