A first for me.

Who knew I would have two special moment to write about.

I had to go to a new doctors practice rooms. It is my usual sexual health doctor in new rooms.
The young woman on reception was just what you need when walking in to strange place. She was very welcoming and said she was having a bad day even though she was smiling.
I told her if she needed a hug I was available. Job done the ice was broken.
We were interacting whilst I waited for my appointment. I showed here a photograph of a makeup artist that I follow who she resembles from YouTube. Flattery will get you a long way.

I saw my specialist and had my examination.
I had to rebook for December and enjoyed a chat again with the receptionist.
I was a little surprised when she said " I will give you my phone number".
Never has this happened before without me asking for a number.
I shall give her the night to rethink her decision and see where this goes.
I am happy enough to be just friends.

The only time I ever go without being dressed is the gym. Even there I wear a female leotard and have a bit of eye makeup.
Any appointment with a professional is a chance to get dressed up and be the best I can.

One time at the doctor it was a new doctor I showed the nurse that clip on pulse detector could still work with long fingernails. They didn't realize the hinge was on a spring and could separate enough to allow the nail to poke all the way through. Not everyone does it, but I think most of them do. And they were so shocked how I taught them something new. I was a big hit in the moment. She went inside and told everyone, and when I checked out, everyone was like, how did you know that blah blah blah?It was quite the conversational moment.
