Sharing with a moment with a friend

I am out only to a select few people including my best friend, who is completely supportive which is great.

This past weekend we were at wine and spirits tasting event with another friend, who does not know about Mercedes. When my friend and I had a bit of time alone we agreed that there were a lot of very attractive women attending the event. I mentioned that as a Crossdresser, I not only get to appreciate how lovely the women look, but also what they are wearing and which dresses and outfits I would like to have. He found that funny, in the good way, and also said he wished I could be there in one of them as Mercedes.

As an aside, I was there in drab but made an effort with a blazer and collared shirt (I did get a couple compliments on my jacket). It was amazing how few men make an effort to dress up whereas most of the women did. I think it is another reason why we want to present as female, we enjoy looking our best.

very nice! I have one guy friend who knows about me, but it's not something that we discuss... even though I think it would not be uncomfortable on his end. He and his wife have met Kelly, but I'm still rather shy about discussing it since that day .... it's great that you have a friend you can joke with about it.

I've started telling my closest friends - well, one down, I'm having the talk with one in a few weeks and then two left to go.
I'm doing it because I want to be able to be myself around them, whatever version of me that happens to be at the time.
