I've stated on many occasions that I believe I am cross dressed at home about 60% of the time. Last weekend I decided to keep a spreadsheet of my dsaily dressing activity. Beginning at 12:01 a.m. last Saturday and ending at 11:59 a.m. Friday, here's the breakdown of my time spent fully dressed as Heather (does not mean with wig and makeup - just outer clothing and forms).
Saturday.........18 hours
Sunday...........20 hours
Monday...........14.5 hours
Tuesday..........16.5 hours
Wednesday......17.5 hours
Thursday.........16.5 hours
Friday.............14 hours
Understand, these times include overnight as I always sleep in nighties with a bra and forms. Because the weather has been cooler, I also have been wearing a bralette most days as the straps are covered by a light jacket when I'm out in public. However, those times still are counted as "drab" since my outer clothing is distinctly male. Anyway, after allowing for an average of 8 hours of sleep each night, you can figure out how much waking time I spend dressed. Those numbers work out to 74.05% of the time that Heather is leading her good life. The hours on Sunday were out of character because we didn't attend church this past week (that happens maybe twice a year). Most Sundays would likely be more like Friday was. That would still have Heather present over 70% of the time. I now feel comfortable stating I dress at least 60% of the time.
