Saturday I went to see this musical at the Dr Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in Orlando. I went with two other sisters from FEM Florida and our SO's. Yes, we were dressed.

A really fun evening. The show is highly recommended. A somewhat different take on the movie. I thought the interesting part was that eventually the Jerry/Daphne character declares that she is happy dressing as a woman and intends to continue doing that.

I don't think that would have bothered Joe E. Brown's character one bit!:heehee:

Hi Jenn, I saw that Sunday in the same venue - a light hearted romp with well done big band style music. I went as a man with my wife. I am not out per our agreement. I enjoyed it, my wife not so much. She was looking for deeper plot and character development. She knows this gender stuff does not come easy. ?. Vale

Jenn, Sounds wonderful. If the play comes to DC, I will certainly check it out.

I saw it about 30 years ago in Southampton (England) with Tommy Steele in the Tony Curtis role

It was very good
