I don't think there is any question that women,s clothing is more fitted than men's but I find the restrictions of female clothes more comfortable. When I wear dress pants and a sport coat they aren't snug standing naturally but if I sit are raise my arm there is this unyielding gonna bust a seam feeling. In women's clothes they are more fitted and tight but i seem to feel more free to move.

Does anyone experience the same thing?

I find in general women?s clothes tend to have more spandex/Lyrca/stretch components in them. Be it pants or tops, they are fitted tighter, but have some give.

I can hardly stand to wear men?s jeans or pants now. Too baggy, thick fabric that doesn?t suit my body. Doesn?t make my wife happy though. And my rayon tops are so nice and soft.

Most of my skirts/tops have a percentage of lycra or similar woven into the fabric so they can be both snug fitting but allow for movement. Definitely not the case with male clothing. Single fibre, usually cotton, cut more generously to allow movement without splitting seams.

Those femme items without any stretch in the fabric are either deliberately made to be restrictive, to hold everything in place or like men's clothing cut more generously so as to either flow when moving or add shaping, say like a blouse pulled up to drape over a waistband.

Whatever style it might be, femme clothing is definitely more interesting and offers far greater choice. You only need to look at online catalogues to see the number of pages offered to women's clothing compared to men's. Shoes, it's likely to be a 20:1 ratio. When have you seen a pair of men's shoes offered in 5 or more different colours?

Women's clothing is almost always more form fitting in order to be more revealing regarding all the curves and such of their bodies. So they need to be a bit stretchy, to move about comfortably, but then sort of snap back to being snug. Men's clothes are more comfortable physically so they are generally looser. If mens' clothing seems tight at times, you have the wrong size on. I upgraded all my male clothing back in the mid 2000's, when I discarded all the raggedy T shirts, destructed jeans, and other stuff that shouts 'poor manual laborer' to women, in order to be more attractive to them... surprise surprise, it worked.

I agree with Miss, women's clothing is more form fitting and stretchy, if you are lucky enough to find the right fitting outfit you will love it! For me it was a second hand wedding dress and I couldn't wear it anywhere! LOL

The fact that women may get 20 times the choice men get doesn't mean that men are doomed to wear dull things. In the 1/20 portion men can choose from, you will still find tons of original cuts and colors, you just may need to search a bit more. I have a Mac computer and a PC computer. On the PC I can find 20 times more software than on the Mac. But on the Mac I just find the software I need, and it's often better than the 20 PC substitutes. Quantity doesn't make quality.

Yup, women's clothes, at least everyday clothes, are more comfortable than men's. The jeans are stretchier, the shirts are softer, leggings are just amazing. Skirts are more free than any pants or shorts if the weather is appropriate for them. On a hot day a cami is cooler than any t-shirt. On a cold day a cami under the t-shirt can make a world of difference for keeping warm. Even thongs feel so much better than briefs and require much less adjusting as the day progresses.

And bras just feel good for absolutely no logical reason. :)

OMG,
Most of us won't walk into the lady's department when shopping or shopping online.
DO IT!
I haven't bought genetic male clothing for about 10-15 yrs as its too rough and mannish.
Women's is much softer but won't last as long but? Mmm nice!
Also you need to find the right size and fit like 14 bum & 16 breast AU for me,
