This weekend I went all in dolled up both days including full make-up (usually it's just one day with make-up) and I discovered, what a difference smile actually makes and it's really big one.
When I have my neutral expression I just look like a dude with make-up, but when I smile even if slightly but visibly, I am actually a cutie :) I spent like 30 minutes in total in front of a mirror just trying different expressions.
I know, reinventing the wheel.

And the reactions you'll get are even more amazing!

It's always great to smile and just like you when I see my fem self in the mirror I usally have a big smile. My wife once commented that I don't smile when I take pics of myself. I started smiling and what a difference it makes, we are much more beautiful. Look in the mirror and keep smiling.

I have tried to smile in the mirror, but I an invariably repulsed by the reflection of that grinning apparition.

Marketa, I can't agree more. It doesn't have to be a big goofy exaggerated smile either. I find if I just upturn the corners of my mouth slightly, the difference is amazing.

When I try to smile it's more of a snarl!
When Sherry smiles it completely changes her look. Much as u posted, Marketa!:)

Agree with what NjJamie said. Go out into the world and smile at people and the responses are very positive. Works for me in clubs anyhow ; )

I agree with this. I'm not much of a smiler mode when I'm in male mode, but when I'm dressed up, I try to smile more and it does make a big difference for those that know me when they see the pictures.

When en femme I always used to smile much more than in a boy mode. This is my natural reaction to the happiness of being on the right side. I am afraid that I would panic when in public due to lack of self confidence and thus not able to smile at all.

What's not to smile about when all dolled up in pretty clothes.

I have a natural resting b!tch face. I have to make a conscious effort to smile. But I find it is worth it to make the effort, whether in photos or in person.

Marketa, Smiling is the hardest part about dressing up for me.

I have discovered that a SMILE is a vital part of dressing. It makes a WORLD of difference and makes one look younger too. Just as important as a any other item we wear. A closed mouth smile is a good start, especially if you do not naturally smile. Just don't over do it. One DOES have to find just the right balance without looking "overly friendly" or foolish.
