I can not say there is any one thing that takes the cake, but I have to admit, ever since I discovered corsets, my clubbing attire has often included my hip pads and one of my 3 corsets as they are pretty awesome. In itself a corset does not do that much for me in the way of excitement but when added to all the other transformative items, they are definitely icing on the cake. I have not had any major discomfort from wearing mine like you have mentioned before so maybe I am just not trying to over do it. I get a nice 4 inch waist reduction.

I used to get really excited when wearing lingerie like attire to a dance club, but after years of doing so, the excitement has kind of worn off. Now, I really only wear certain items because it is what I like to wear. I dress for attention true enough. Amen, Traci (#6)! I am a collector of vintage full slips. I've mentioned numerous times that wonderful visual image of Elizabeth Taylor reclining in her white slip in "Cat On A Hot Tin Roof." I believe a lacy black full slip with black panty and bra and hosiery is a turn on. For me it's snow-white bras!

They have to have deep supportive bands with 3 or 4 hook deep clasps. I love a full underwire, and the cups must be soft, lacy and unpadded (36D or DD now, so I don't need any volume help).

It's great fun to wear a sheer top and check my rear presentation in two mirrors. The band must be low on my back and horizontal. The bra straps must be properly positioned on my shoulders, with the clasp buckles perfectly tightened & balanced.

I need a bra all the time and when under-dressed (forced to most of the time), it's teasingly difficult to hide my sissy bumps & support straps. Women often intimate that they have detected a bra, but I think the perfect presentation of quality lingerie impresses them!

1) dressing is something I have to do , I have tried not too and that was not a good thing

I don't wish to label what we do a fetish. There are some aspects which lean towards fetish behavior which is why I said tight corsets, extreme heels, latex. If it's just a regular part of being a woman, that's not enough to call it a fetish.

If you want to dress as a sissy or some other very specific way, then I might consider it a fetish. To me, a fetish needs to be intense and extremely specific. For example low heels and mid heels are not enough for me. And mules are a serious turn off. There needs to be some kind of strap to hold the shoe on. Without that, i'm even surprised how disinterested I get really fast.
