View Full Version : Having Real Breasts: Blessing, Curse or Both?

Many of us have unintentionally grown real breasts on our own. Some have had them since they were boys. Gynecomastia doesnt care about your age.

Due to hormone problems, I developed a feminine body to where I dont need any padding. This has been both a blessing and a curse. Womens clothing fits better and bras (40B) and panties are part of daily life.

I never thought, as a young boy, that my life would turn out like this. It must be a curse for boys with breasts. Like many of you, as a boy, I would try on my mothers clothes, etc. I will never forget going from filling the cups of her bra with balled up socks to actually needing a bra years later.

My mother, when I told her I was having breast pain and she saw my B-cup breasts, measured me for a bra and bought one at Sears for me. I will always remember her kindness.

For those with real breasts: has it been a blessing, curse or both?

I have always carried a little baby fat and as such, had a bit of man boob. Had always hated it, until the pink fog really set in. I have been working to increase my bust size, diet among other methods. I am not sure if it is a blessing or a curse. I love the jiggle while walking and develop great pleasure knowing they are mine. I also love that I do not need to wear any forms. The down side is when in man mode, nipples and boobs projecting through a shirt garners some attention. Others might not be overly kind with comments. I guess it is a blessing, because they are mine.

I have a solution for having breasts while being in man mode. Simply don't go into man mode! My bra cup size with no filler is DD. So I NEVER go into man mode.

I have always carried breast weight. My boobs were difficult to handle during PE and cross-country running, and I was caught cradling them in my hands a couple of times. No sports bras in those days!

Now I am my own boss and I learned to love them and help them develop. I am a tight D, approaching a DD cup, and I need a bra all the time. I love being shaped and supported.

I have sometimes been asked by women when underdressed if I am wearing a bra, and they are generally pleasantly amused when I explain my cup size.

They generally notice my bra straps, or more precisely the bumps caused my loops & buckles. There are two main designs of bra strap, one a lot more obvious than the other.

Each bra strap has a loop and a buckle. The strap starts at the buckle, doubles back through the loop and returns to the buckle, where it is adjusted. Thus there is always a length of doubled bra strap
(typically 3") with a bump at each end.

The first configuration has the buckle and doubled part high on the back, with the loop sometimes right up on the shoulder. As tops are generally tighter over the shoulders, the bumps print through. The second type has the loop attached to the bra band, with the buckle mid-way up the back, giving a single plain strap run over the shoulder. This is far less obvious unless you are in a tight top. This configuration is also less liable to produce strap marks.

If buying bras on line you need to see a rear view to see which type of straps it has.

If my wife told me I could do one thing to make my CDing more enjoyable, I would choose a boob job without a moments hesitation. Nothing huge, a solid B or a small C.

I am on the edge regarding breast growth. I can feel natural bounce at times. I love it.

Like others, I've had gynecomastia since I was about 9 years old. Likely at that time, due to 2 things; 1. I gained a lot of weight between age 7 until then, and 2. Back in the 1960's some of the skin lotions and soaps had scented oils added to them so they smelled nice; 2 of those later were discovered to have minor testosterone blocking properties (knowing this, they may have had slight estrogen effects, who knows). So that was likely the reason, because until age 7, I was just a normal looking little boy, with no thoughts of CD or GID. And like others, school phys-ed classes were a nightmare, a boy having lovely feminine breasts taking communal showers with another 50 boys who had already gone through puberty while I wouldn't until I was 17, made those days a nightmare.
But now I'm old and retired. Nobody cares what I look like. FYI I wear a 46B cup. And I'm barrel chested, so making finding a bra that fits right is difficult too, but I finally found one, and it's been on the market since the late 2000's. Made somewhere else on the planet, currently by a company called 'Plusform'; MODEL 'Instant Shaping', comes in a package of 2 for between $18.99 and $25.00 online and amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007JVHVJQ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title
Colors, white, pink, ivory, black, lilac, berry, and turquoise, depending on which vendor you use. Google the product to find other vendors besides amazon. Ebay had some, and I think it was classicshapewear.com last time I ordered.

I know what you mean. Shortly after retiring, I noticed some growth and found I fill an a cup quite well. By now I?m able to mostly fill a b cup. So, I have two sets of bras for options. I do occasionally wear silicone forms as I enjoy the weight, feel and bounce.

I think like many here, I'd love to have boobs if there were any way to explain them (and if my wife were accepting of them!).
Though nothing too much - a C cup at most! I've had partners up to GG size and the back pain sounds horrendous.

I’m a full C cup and it’s definitely a blessing. I enjoy wearing sport bras and feeling my breasts nestled snuggly in them. I keep my chest shaved, which adds to the tactile and visual element.

Mine have grown over the past few years. Now 48 and a modest B cup. Fairly wide set so I don?t have a lot of projection, but they are there. LOL? An underwire bra scoops them up and really sets them out there. I tend to stay with a bralette for support. Love a sports bra when running. Can?t do without anymore.

Recently bought a set of cakes nipple covers. Neat product. Only worn a few times but they seem to do the job but require snug clothing to secure.

My answer is a vociferous, "NOPE!" Even tho I dreamed of having real breasts for over 10 years!:daydreaming:

Once I REALLY got into CDing 20 odd years ago I own and wear form sizes B to HHH!

So, no matter the size of my top or dress? I can fill the boob slots perfectly!:tongueout

Apparently with age I do have some now - come close to filling a b bra - I?ll have to try an a sometime if I could find my size.
I recently noticed I have a problem with certain thin white shirts I have as checking the mirrior before heading out realized way to revealing. Kind of funny after all these years or wishing I had them.

Hi girls,
Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. A few years ago I gained a few stone in weight and developed moobs. Last year I started losing the weight and I'm close to y target weight and pre weight gain weight. However, my moobs haven't gone, in fact they have become firmer and more defined, ironically when I was overweight they weren't an issue as they were very flabby, but, now they are quite perky just like female breasts. I easily fill a B cup, up until now, it's been easy enough to conceal with loose fitting shirts and bulky jumpers and jackets, but, as we move towards summer I'm worried how to conceal them, obviously can't wear tight fitting tops or go shirtless, just wondering how others conceal them. For the record I actually like having them and look great in girl mode, so don't necessarily want to get rid of them, just want best way to conceal them

I love the look I achieve when I push up my Manboobs with a lacy push up bra the only downside is going on a beach vacation with friends or family I cannot remember the last time I went shirtless.

Within the last year or so I have started to develop moobs - the combination of age and being slightly overweight.
They're not very big, but I now have an A cup bra that they more than fill. I once had a girlfriend who was not very well endowed and I reckon I'd be a match for her now.
I'd love it if they got bigger. It's a nice feeling to actually fill a bra, regardless of how big the cup size.

Here is a funny story re breasts.

Last night I was in my community Hot Tub with my wife and 6 other women. Please keep in mind that I am actively trying to grow more breast tissue.

So, I was having a conversation with this woman, and I will admit she was drinking but not drunk. The hot tub has me sitting in it so that my boobs are out of the water.

Well while talking to me I see here eyes dart down to look at my boobs. She does this like 5 or 6 times. I almost felt like telling her my eyes are up here. In her defense I do have some projection in that area.

I have gynecomastia myself around 12 years ago I?m currently a 38C plus just received another notice today to come in for another screening of breast cancer to have a mammogram. This will be my second one. I just need to call primary physician to set the appointment up for it. Getting ready for more new bras at Victoria secret they sent me a new credit card a few months back.

I guess with a bit of advanced age I have developed into an A or smaller B cup without any chemical help. I like wearing tighter tops with an underwire bra. There is enough there to notice but I can also go shirtless to the beach and not feel too conspicuous. I have a "cold shoulder" top that would not do with a bra and I love the way I look in it as I have a pair of perky breasts. One time I was wearing that top and my dear wife asked me if I was cold as I was sort of pointing with them.

Hi Lexi, Rochal here. The bras you bought on Amazon. How are the cups? Are they respective to the size of a 46B bra being typically huge or are they more in size like a 36-38B bra with a larger band size?

Thanks to heredity and being on estrogen for over 13 years I also cracked the code with my bra size of 40DD. My paternal grandmother had enormous breasts and my father had gynecomastia.

What started as gynecomastia for me (lost 42 lbs with a stomach-based sickness in 7th grade then gained a lot of it back too fast as soon as I could eat again) gave me something of a veritable AA cup, which made shirts-vs-skins sports a nightmare for me. I always found a way to make the fact that I was well-liked tilt the scales to where I could keep my shirt on in those contexts.

When I began HRT, the estrogen had something to mold - and did it ever begin molding! I noticed proper breast development within weeks of beginning HRT and now I'm a 46G, which only seems smallish on my frame because I'm very tall and weigh a lot. If my body goals included being slender they'd be even more apparent.

I've always hated taking my shirt off at beaches and would avoid pool gatherings with friends and family.
Also I have little body hair which is at least great for Cross-Dressing.
I've sometimes wondered that lack of body hair is due to my desire to dress.

Natalie5004
04-25-2025, 01:04 PM
I would love to try estrogen to see how much breast I can develop. My Mom and sisters are well endowed in that area. And I am pretty much a B cup now.

And I am asking Karen if there are rules that can make a man cover up his boobs? I don't think so. I will wait until I get comments and not just side glances.

I'm thinking about trying to grow some, I'm totally flat, I'd be happy with some small ones, nothing really big. I'd imagine if they were really big they may cause back pain, I've known a couple friends who had some fairly big ones and they would say sometimes their back hurt.

There is a famous story about the trans woman at dmv getting denied changing her gender to female. Apparently she didn't qualify. She then goes outside the building and takes her top off exposing her breasts. Police come to arrest or summons her for indecent exposure. She then explains they just told me I'm not a woman. Which is it?

With the right push-up bra I have cleavage without any other enhancers. Not great, but (unless you count the push-up bra) it's all me, and that's the way I've preferred it for many years. I consider that a blessing, and I'd be happy to have more, and I'd gladly tolerate whatever problem came along with it.

Karren is unquestionably the OG when it comes to breasts. :notworthy: I've done my share of things we can't talk about trying to enhance mine, but not to the level that some of you have. Maybe after many years of one thing or the other, it had some cumulative effect. Probably not. I started off stuffing my bra with socks or anything else to take up space, then a plethora of enhancers and various forms, store bought and home made. Seems like it just happened that one day I figured out I could have cleavage with just Walmart enhancers and a push-up bra, then later on I dropped the enhancers completely. It was one of the most awesome things ever when I show cleavage and it was all me! Not much, mind you, but all me nonetheless, and for the next several years I was obsessed with showing cleavage every time I went out.

With me, these things tend to be cyclical, and I find myself drifting back to wearing enhancers. My hairdresser once told me, "You're lucky! You can make yours any size you want and put them wherever you want to!" True enough.

I with that I knew there were ways to develop breasts years ago.

I have caught up a bit, using techniques not appropriate here, and I claim to be a 36 DD now. Once you are carrying breast weight, you want more!

It's so gorgeous and feminine to know that you really need a bra, an underwire feels good, you are shopping for bras with deep bands, and you are carrying shoulder grooves.

I can easily fill a B cup. I was a muscle-man in my younger years, and my pecs have turned to flab. Also, I have developed a hormone imbalance that has led to further breast growth. Not as much growth as I would like, but better than nothing. I hate being flat chested and would welcome having a DD cup size. I love my breast forms.

Maid_Marion

32A is just the right size for me. I'm not flat chested and fill out my XS tops nicely without having to wear a bra.

One of my favorite pop singers performs without a bra. Except for a couple shows in 2018 where she wore a push up bra under conservative tops.

I started to grow intentionally 14 years ago after trying small forms that did not feel comfortable, and liked the idea of filling tops and dresses. Now slowly reaching 36C that feels enough. 36D would draw too much attention sometimes. My bikini collection has C tops that are not filled yet, and a set with a high neck D top for experiments with bigger forms.

And I snapped my second set of devices. So, I am on to my 3rd set from Amazon. I will get to a C cup eventually. Every bra I own except for the D cup versions that I use for my larger forms actually hold up my breasts. I love it.
I find myself in the community pool subconsciously crossing my arms around my breasts to kind of hide them. I have larger breasts than some of the women there. But not all ......

Regarding a bikini at the pool or anywhere else... that will not be happening. Imagine a stuffed pig in a bikini.

Funny you should mention crossed arms, Natalie! Last month I finally found myself a new PCP, a very nice 50 something lady doctor. And as we were discussing my medical situation she recommended that I get a chest X-ray. I went to the outpatient facility for my X-ray and the technician says “remove your jacket and shirt and stand over here”. Well lucky I had not worn a bra in a few days but There I was, bare chested and the X-ray technician was starting at my breasts. Guess I got a little embarrassed so I crossed my arms over my breasts. She said “why again did the doctors send you here? Told her that I had a chronic cough and had worked in mining all those years. Pretty sure she thought my pcp had sent me there because of my large breasts. It was an interesting encounter But my lungs were clear!

Next week it’s a visit to dermatologist (all female doctors and staff) and probably a full body examination ! The fun never ends. Lol

As Karren points out, if you need a bra full time, it becomes obvious during medical examinations, even if you go braless on the day!

But I would still like to be heavier.

I usually sleep in a bra, but on nights before a doctor's visit I don't wear a bra because I don't want the bra lines showing on my skin. I know, I know, medical professionals have seen it all. Still, I wanted to be treated with respect and I get concerned I won't be.

Being slightly naughty... I cannot explain suddenly having breasts on a daily basis. But... I do wish that I could have inflatable breasts. Inflate them to the size I wanted/needed daily. Of course the nips would be the valves.. telling my wife I needed her to blow them up...priceless. 😈

I developed breasts from HRT - started March 2016. I definitely enjoy them. I feel more feminine because of them. It’s reassuring to touch them and realize that one of my transition goals has come true. I do conceal them in public (tomboyX binders) as I live in a very conservative area. I however haven’t had any bad reactions from doctors or nurses in all the medical work I’ve gone through (triple bypass, hospital baths, lots of EKGs, monitors during physical therapy twice a week). My biggest issue is finding the right bra size. Eventually I’ll go someplace and get a fitting and be done with that issue!

Natalie5004

Bra size should be solved with purchasing 3 sizes and returning the 2 that do not fit. Remember the size on the bra tag can be subjective.

I wear 44DD bras because I have DD teardrop forms. I believe I likely have a natural A cup. However, buying an A cup bra would be a waste of money as I much prefer the pleasures of my DD forms. If I ever think I've reached the B cup territory, I may buy a 44B bra just to find out. Again, I'd still prefer wearing the DD forms.

I don't think just trying them on counts as "wearing".
To be safe, when trying them on, make sure you are not wearing any makeup, perfume, lotions, deodorant/anitperspirant that could get on them.
I think you'd then be okay to return them still.

I’ve been in a love/hate relationshp with my breasts since they first pufffed up during puberty. I wasn’t exactly fat during my teen years but I developed rather puffy breasts.

I never really paid that much attention to them during my early years of dressing but later on after years of yo-yo dieting I’d developed two small handfuls and decent cleavage.

Wonderful when dressing but a real bind when in drab. Always feeling self conscious about them looking perky through my work polo shirts and having to wear sweaters that hide them even in warm weather.

I’ve recently started running again to lose some weight and to be honest I’d probably benefit from a sports bra right now to minimise the bouncing. Regular nipple chaffage isn’t much fun either. Actually it’s not so much the nipples but rather the Areolas that rub and bleed.

I could stand in the mirror one day and appreciate them and then another day detest them. As I’ve got older I’ve learnt to appreciate them more and I do worry that they may get smaller again as I lose weight.

I am at the point now when dressing I can go braless and still have some projection. I am wearing a light silky top now and my nips and boobs come right through and bounce. More than a hand full.

If I keep this up Pool Time is going to be an issue. If I were to go in like this I would surly gather some comments from the old ladies.

I am guessing many here are envious. I am. How much larger are you looking for your girls to grow? Your wife must be accepting of your blossoming breasts. Will the pool ladies demand you cover them up?

I was on HRT for 5 years, never planned to transition, mostly wanted breast and I got what I wished for I am a 38 full D. I love them and I am fortunately my wife does as well. I recently stopped the HRT 3 months ago. I can hide my breasts and I haven?t been shirtless at a public pool in years and they have great shape and and my aerola, are silver dollar size so they are very feminine looking. I am very self conscious about them when I am out I know other can tell but learned to not care. Funny thing about HRT I had no desire to dress as a woman maybe because in my mind I felt like a woman and when I looked at my body (top) I looked like one. Now that I stopped the pink fog has hit me hard????! Go figure.
