My boss's wife gave me something yesterday, a new transgender pride flag and she has been good to me for 5 years. After my boss bought my dad out 5 years ago, she started to know the employees and noticed I was way different from my other male co workers in a good way. I finally sat down with her and told her I crossdress part time going by Liz Michelle one day. She did get to meet me dressed as Liz Michelle telling me I looked beautiful telling her thank you. Found out she is a supporter of the LGBTQ community, her youngest is a MTF transgender and she has a brother that is gay. Said she will support me too and has to this day. Plus she knew it was international transgender day of visibility yesterday honoring me including her youngest. I have not put it up yet and my wife thought it was cool she did that for me.

That is pretty nice. I hope she and the company continue to be supportive of you.

My boss knows including co workers as well are also supportive. An auto body shop I work at. I have met her youngest whom sees me as a positive role model in her life now.

That's very kind of your boss, ppl I work with would trip out if they knew, I've heard them talk about others that use to work there, not nice ppl. Wish ppl were more like this.

It's so wonderful to hear you are accepted at work - particularly at a job which is often dominated by macho males. The older and wiser I get, I become more and more curious why people make such a fuss over those of us that wish to cross dress or are trans gender. It doesn't harm them in any way, and it doesn't cost them a dime to, at the least, be polite.
