Hey girls...

Yet another posting by me!!!

Right, firstly, i don't know how many of you know that i'm planning on undergoing SRS, and i finally plucked up the courage to contact a Cosmetic Surgeon over the weekend here in the Uk. I'm currently waiting for a callback on this one. - So watch this space

Anyway, next one. Also in my fantastic weekend, i met someone.
A lovely lass called Emma, who is really lovely, and so far supportive of a lot of things, however, i haven't yet told her about my feelings of being a TS, she doesn't know about my CD'ing, and as yet i haven't even told her i'm Bi. <OMG Its confusing>

Do any of you think i should tell her, while we're at the start of this? Means then, if she can't cope with it, its not too much of a loss, and if i bottle it up, what effects will it have on her, her child, me and us?!

Anyway, my main questions are these...

1.) Do any of you know how to go down the Gender Therapist route in the UK, as i am yet to speak to my actual GP about this at the moment?

2.) Do I tell her?

3.) When am i going to be rich and famous, win the lottery jackpot, and become what i've always wanted to be, which is the princess i am?!

Loving you all

Rach

Yes, it starts with a visit to your GP, and they will tell you what to do from there. Genrally, your GP will refer you to a psychiatrist who will find out more about your feelings and decide which is the best route for you to go down. If they find out you would benifit from any sort of gender change, they will refer you to a gender specialist. Probably Charring Cross, which is where I am at the moment.
I was lucky, it only took the pshychitrist one consultation to refer me to the GIC.

2.) Do I tell her?
That's for you to decide. It depends on the type of person she is, and how well you think she'll take it. Usually the sooner the better, but not in every case...

3.) When am i going to be rich and famous, win the lottery jackpot, and become what i've always wanted to be, which is the princess i am?!
Only after I do :D

My advice for #2 is to tell her earlier rather than later. If you are serious about this girl and she cares about you, you should probably tell her. I told my GF about 3-4 months into dating and she said that I told her at the right time. Any sooner and she would have bolted. Any later and she would have felt like I was lying to her. Every relationship is going to be different so you need to decide when the bolt/lying point is.
