As Rachel comments, the wrinkles come with time. I've come to realise that now 70 years old, with a face suited to my age shall we say, I need to remember that when choosing clothes, my style. I can blend but not pass close inspection and dressing mutton as lamb fir me is one way of being more visible when out and about.

I know there will be members that say you should go full steam ahead but for me making sure looking good is suited to my years makes more sense. I socialise with a group containing mature women,some have a few years on me and what I've learned from them when out for a meal is you can look good without pushing things too far.

Growing old gracefully I suppose.

I'm such a newbie. But, since I didn't start crossdressing until 5 years and 1 month ago, I may have now been a member for a greater percentage of my CD life than most others.

In all honesty, this is a wonderful group, and I have learned a lot that has been helpful on my feminine journey. Without this group of supportive people I wouldn't be anywhere near as far along, and as comfortable with my cross dressing, as I am. I'm in my happy place and credit CD.com for that.

19 for me. The other day someone started a thread about how long they'd been wearing panties. I didn't respond, but it's been 50+ years for me. Shocking to think about it being that long. I've sometimes wondered what teenage Rhonda thought she'd be doing in 50 years. Pretty sure I didn't think about it at all! If I did, I probably thought this was a phase and I was going to enjoy the hell out of it before it passed, which I did. Then it never passed!

I hade to check my profile to se how long I've been here. 16 years, and it made me feel pretty old.. But I must say. This site made me seek a local transgroup. That was really it for me.
