Nice cruise, but disappointing...

Just finishing a lovely UK cruise with Norwegian. Saw lots of very cool ancient places... learned how to pull a perfect pint of Guiness. Food on the ship was disappointing, and the general organization for the.off-ship tours could have been better. <shrug> Our last cruise was with Disney, sp we are a bit spoiled. (They truly have their act together when. It comes to hospitality services)

So, I had read that Norwegian was pretty good RE: LGBTQ+ / Community stuff, so I packed a lovely blue wrap dress, bra/breastforms, hip pads, wig, makeup. I went in planning to have one day or evening as Olivia.
Well, the reality for me was that I did not get any kind of positive vibe...could not find an appropriate time or opportunity to dress. It certainly does not help that my wife is supportive but anxious when I dress.
Yes, i was disappointed.
Will have to find the right time back home.

Our last cruise was Norwegian, Olivia. My adult daughter doesn't approve of my dressing. So, I waited until she was in the casino one nite and wondered around the mostly deserted deck areas for some cool photos of Sherry!:battingeyelashes:

We thot Norwegian was OK. Food maybe not quite as good as Holland, but close!:thumbsup:
