I'm wondering how many of us are drawn to the color pink. Pink is not a major color in my wardrobe but I find that I'm always inspired when I can find pink items to wear. I think pink represents freedom to me.

Thoughts?

I love pink! Pink tops, pink skirts, pink leggings, pink dresses, pink shoes, ? I?ve even got some pink cargo pants. I wear the cargo pants in male mode. I also have a pink velour track suit that I wear in male mode. And let?s not forget pink nail polish, pink lipstick and pink eye shadow. And the Aerosmith song ?Pink? and Alecia Moore-Hart, AKA ?Pink!?.

I started to like pink when being already advanced in collecting more and more female clothes. It may happen to me to buy male T-shirts in different colors including pink.

Yes, I find myself wearing a decent amount of pink! Not because it necessarily makes me feel more feminine, but it seems to work with my complexion well.

I've always loved pink. I have some dresses that incorporate pink in a pattern such as floral. I have lots of undergarments (bra, panty, slips) and nighties in pink. When I was still working I never wore a solid white dress shirt to work but I did wear, along with other colors, pink dress shirts.

I have bought many pink pieces over the years from thrifts. Only to discover that there r 100+ shades of pink. So, none of my pink clothes match!

not anything I've ever given any thought to....I guess I gravitate towards earth tones

I love pink and other bright colors but only in my male wardrobe. When I read these posts about doomed males not having any choice of colored clothes I really wonder where the OPs buy their clothes. My female wardrobe is all dark, gray, white, and a couple colored items with dark shades of burgundy and blue. My MIAD wardrobe, as it should, stands in a middle ground.

Not necessarily, pink although I certainly have a number of pink and pink adjacent colors in my wardrobe. I do seem to be attracted to pastels, generally. And as a female friend once observed, “You’re one of the few guys who look good in pastels.”

Not pink for me, but I definitely tend towards lavender.

I doubted that?s I was alone and appreciate the feedback. After I posted this morning I was wearing a woman?s pink hoodie. It?s as long as some of the short dresses my wife wore in high school. Medium blue yoga pants. I walked through the room where my wife was sitting. She told me ?I love that color!? Followed by ?It looks good on you? . It was a rare affirmation.

I don?t show them have many pink male items that I work into the rotation. I?ve gotten weird comments when wearing pink men?s shirts. That really surprised me.

I think pink is a great colour for lingerie. I have a few pink bras and slips. I also have some pink dresses. Very relaxing colour.

As a male I always get compliments when wearing red, so opting for pink in my (ever expanding) feminine wardrobe was an obvious choice. Now the tide is even spilling over the other way - I have pink polos and tees in my (shrinking) male closet as well.

I would not say I am drawn to pink, but I try to incorporate it in my male and female dressing, and I do like it. My favorite colors are blues and greens, so I am drawn to them more so. But I do like wearing pink, and it gives me the space to feel femme even when I am in male mode. As we have all said before, men's clothes are boring, so adding color does add pizzazz. For those who do not get the time or space to dress femme, find a nice pink male shirt. Wear it in October especially to show your support for Breast Cancer Prevention.

I do like pink but it's got to be the right kind of pink. In more drawn to the soft pinks - light/pastels.

I've never been drawn to it. For the past many years my male and female clothes tend to be black, or something mixed with black. Not for it's somberness, it's just what I think I look best in.

I was both amazed and amused several years ago when I overheard some joking between guys directed at one of them who had pink in the pattern on his socks, like this was some kind of homosexual bat signal!

Pink socks probably not pink bra almost every time. I needed a lighter a while back and the gas station had them locked away. I told the clerk what I needed and mentioned that any color or patter is fine. She smiled and said then you get the pink one?and I replied Ooo embarrassing.

Funny this just happened today. I went to Shabbat services this morning with my friend at my local synagogue. I am an active member, and they all only know the male mode of me, although I have been thinking about sharing this part of me (another thread for sure). Anyway, I decided to wear an eggplant colored dress shirt (standard button down, solid color with a collar). I got at least 4 compliments on the shirt! Felt good to receive a compliment in male clothes. One woman complimented me afterwards said, we should have more men wearing bright and bold colors, but they feel too inhibited. If she only knew.:o

I have acquired a number of colorful T shirts, many of them pink and variations thereof, that I wear as undershirts under my drab clothes. Often with a matching hair tie on my ponytail, and often with drawers that match.

A few years back we were doing low-voltage cabling and other IT work at new dollar store construction sites. My wife would help. I got matching hot pink T shirts for us to wear, so we could easily spot each other among the other tradies, many of whom wear yellow high-vis shirts. She wouldn't wear hers.

I have read that in the early 20th century and prior, pink was the "boys' color" and blue was for girls. Not sure why that flipped.

I love pink, don't have nearly enough pink items in my wardrobe, but what I do have make me smile every time, there is just something lovely and feminine about a soft pink for me

I love pink panties. I wish Vanity Fair would offer their lace nouveau style in pink.

I have pink and hot pink in both men's and women's. As Doc noted, I can put on 3 pink things thinking they'll match, and they're all different pinks (grrr). The hot pinks seem easier to match than the pastels.

I've gone to work (construction) wearing both pink and hot pink racerback tanks with matching socks, the only comments I've ever gotten was if my socks and shirt match (regardless of color, apparently that's truly a girl thing!), but no one seems to mind the pinks. Of course, at work I'm wearing cut-off jean shorts instead of matching schoolgirl miniskirts (I wish!)

I do like pink. But it comes in second to the lovely pastel shades of purple - lilac, lavender, etc.

I have a great bright pink sweater (jumper) that looks great with my denim skirts or jeans. I have a fancy(ish) top with pink in the pattern that I wore with a pink fascinator to a tea party. I have some pink socks. I LOVE pink! This inspires me to get some pink tights for the coming cold weather.
