I voted for pantyhose. Although when I started dressing, I wore my mother's girdles with garters and stockings. I bought a garter belt not long ago and have worn it with stockings and I feel somewhat naked.

Panties ,girdle and stockings. Just feels natural and maybe I'm clumsy but I have trouble 'climbing' into pantyhose. I have some for the minis and don't mind them but not my preference.
Can't recommend those single strand suspender belts either.

I much prefer to wear nylon stockings over pantyhose. Stockings just feel sexier and smoother. I do wear pantyhose on occassion but stockings are # one for me.

Mostly thigh-highs (holdups?) for me.

I wear mostly panty hose under slacks, but enjoy the freedom of thi highs when dressed in skirt or dress, esp when using the ladies room....

Also, thi highs are less confining to the waist...

So I like pantyhose and thi highs.

Don't like the hassle of garters; can't get the garter belt to stay up without any hips anyway....LOL

Maybe we need a new poll with all three styles, and maybe even add knee highs????

3.) Pantyhose (particularly when flying somewhere. Metal garters set of those metal detectors (difficult to explain) and I've had thigh highs slide down too (More difficult to explain))

5.) Sneaker socks (only with sneakers)

Thigh highs or stockings with garter belt for me. For some reason it seems to turn men on when wearing a short skirt and it rides up enough for them to see the top of the thigh highs or stockings and garter belt clips and don't all women love to turn men on, LOL.

Stockings and garter's for me. This affection limits the hem length of my dresses and skirts but I don't care so much for mnicro minis anyway.

I don't like to see stocking tops exposed so I understand that pantyhose are a necessary evil. For that reason I wear things that work with stockings.

I'm sure it's a matter of personal taste but, I find pantyhose look ugly to me. I cover up my pretty panties with a top on the pantyhose that looks sort of like a brown or black sack with the leggings attached.

A lot of people are saying that PH are easier to put on, for them that may be true, but I find just the opposite. When I do rarely wear them, they tend to get twisted off center as you put them on, then your constantly trying to adjust them and shift them around. And, here in Florida in The Summer, PH are bloody hot and create a lot of moisture.....you know where!

When I go out with friends, I find that I feel much more feminine and have more confidence, when I am "well gartered".

The "acme" for me is usually a pair of beautiful flat knit seamless, with a nice pencil skirt and pumps. I suppose it's old fashioned but a lot of guys and gals seem to respond to that type of presentation.

My vote certainly went for stockings and garters. Feel feminine.....be feminine!

Of course, if it were up to me, I'd prefer tights. But then again, it is getting warmer and I have been known to wear stockings and a garter belt to work under my drab pants! (Lace anklets are always a great touch too!) :happy:

pantyhose are nice but far to much of a pain in the you know what when going to the ladies room give me stockings anytime. You don't have to mess with them just lift your skirt and down with the panties and do your buisiness it's just like slacks or jeans verses skirts or dresses for me it's a no brainer i'll take the latter first I always say i can wear pants anytime but a skirt is so wonderful and pretty too I don't own any dresses yet but i'm on the prowl for the right one to buy ttfn

I have only ever worn pantyhose and I feel comfortable and normal wearing them.

The thing that bothers me about stockings is that not all the leg is covered in hose. Oh, I know that suspenders are part of the style, but in my opinion, if you're going to put on hose, you may as well cover ALL the legs and not leave some flesh bare. And yes, I also know that stockings and suspenders allows easy access to umm... 'the anatomy' for both men and women which is a very good reason to wear them also.
