Who has most friends?

I now seem to have more friends in femme mode as I do in male mode. To me, a true friendship must be built around trust and honesty and as I am always hiding something from my male friends, I struggle to make really good friends. I do have a large circle of acquaintences but that all.

Whereas when I am in Gemma mode I find it a lot easier to socialise and make friends and I now think I have more friends who only know me as Gemma as I can be honest and upfront about being a CDer.


So, who has the most friends if your two halves are kept separate or are you totally open and honest about being a CDer and a friend is a friend.

Gemma -- I didn't answer the poll because I don't think it's fair that I do. I have been my maleself out in the world much longer and have been en femme only a few times out in the world. Much of that time was spent just walking around in stores. Now -- I have made friends as my male self with several salon and beauty shop employes who know both sides of me (they have seen me dressed). So, ask the question in a year or two and I'll probably be able to answer it better than this weak attempt.

I guess I have a strict view of friends. They are people who would be there for you, regardless, and not judge. I think I may have 1 friend but I have many acquaintances.

I have discovered, however, that my femme self is finding more women somewhere between friend and acquaintance. I thing I have noticed most is that there is no hesitation to share their feelings, which is kind of nice.

If you just count "in- person" friends, I have no close ones in male mode and maybe a dozen in femme mode. If I can add my internet friends, I have the same number in male mode but thousands in femme mode. Thanks to everybody here for being my friends!

My male side has the most friends but most of my true friends are GGs. Go figure.

For the most part I'm open and honest to my few close friends but I feel that as Ellie I've found a huge group of friends here in the forum.
