Most men would look at a women in the street or a supermarket because of her good looks. I find myself looking at them more because of what they are wearing and imaging myself dressed similar.

I love to look at what they wear: dress/skirt vs. slacks/jeans; flats, heels, sandels, sneakers, etc.; wearing socks, pantyhose/nylons; make-up (esp. eyes).0.02

I've been doing that alot lately when I go to the mall checking how women carry their purses what they mostly wear when going to the mall the women here wear jeans, capris hardly do you see a woman in a dress. But I do study alot to learn how to be more lady like it's very interesting.

Hi Maria, I definately don't look at women the way I used to. Nowadays, I look at them as potential competetion(don't ask me why, I just feel that way). I used to admire how they looked, walked, their makeup, etc. Somewhere along the line that changed. I got to feeling: "Hey I'm just as good looking as Ericka, if not better, so why go ga ga?). It could also be because I'm past the glamour stage of CDing and concentrating on my interpersonal relationships as Ericka. I just accept folks (including women) for who they are as people and think of them as such. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy being Ericka for sure but just have a different outlook. Take care, Ericka

I love to watch women. Especially a well-groomed, well made-up woman wearing a beautiful outfit. And if she is stunning to boot, it makes it even more interesting. Sometimes, I really don't know if I'm more attracted to her or to her clothes and make-up.

I constantly have a roving eye for women of all shapes, sizes, colors and types. Oddly enough, I am attracted to them in a sexual way but for some reason when I see beautiful women in movies/tv, then I am admiring them for what they wear. Kinda weird, huh?

Seeing a heavily made up woman doesn`t make me want her. It makes me want to try to look like her, is this bad? My wife doesn`t think so, she encourages it in a humiliating but exciting way.

I think it's a way of studying the way they look and act so we can attempt to pass.
Well for me it is.:)
PS while watching how women walk and look i spotted a CD out with another woman, my SO didn't notice until i pointed her out!:)
Hugs Gale.

I look at women everywhere because they both look good and to harvest fashion ideas and makeup tips!!!! Not necessarily to be in what they wear because frankly, most women dress rather shabily and should be candidates for TLC's "What Not To Wear"!!!! Hehehehe Love that show.....the wife and I watch it together!!!
Hmmmm We should start a TG version of WNTW!!! "What Your Not Supposed To Wear"!!! Yeah!!! And I could be Stacey and Clinton.... through the magic of television!!! Got to go call my agent!! hehehe

I also have this happen to me when I'm out and about...I can't help adoring what they are wearing and wanting to try it myself or wish i could look like them...a few days ago I was in a Marshall's store and this gougous gal was looking at the dress racks and as i looked there too i noticed the sexyiest shoes she had on as she walked away i was walking the same direction thinking if i should or could say something to her about them..where did you get those shoes etc....but all of a sudden she gave me a terse look and said are you following me?? it totally took me by surprize that she was paranoid about being followed by a guy....i guess i need to be more careful there...

When I'm with the guys, like at work, I'll check out the girls like I'm interested because they look hot, but I am really looking at how they dress and their mannerisms/walk to help me in my CDing !

One of the advantages of being a CD is to not only appreciate women as women, but also to appreciate what they are wearing for the reasons stated so far. Like getting fashion tips and checking out different styles. Many's the time I have been sorely tempted to ask a GG where she got a partuicular item of gear. I have often seen a style that I like and gone off to find where I could buy it.

when i look at a woman it's about 90 percent what she's wearing and thinking how i'd look in her outfit. is there jealousy? yes.

I like to look at gg's and see what they're wearing and also the makeup. I do get jealous and kind of angry about having been born male though.

Im like most everyone else,,appreciate a beautiful woman when I see one.Taking in what they are wearing is a bonus. They can be like fine art when they want to. Ok that may sound like a typical guy but after all I am just a CD,,,men are slobs and Im still one of them LOL
I see some of the sharpest dressed & hottest looking women on Sundy when the church across the street from the grocery store lets out. Some of the outfits I see are not your usual old church lady things!
Needless to say I time my shopping for 12:05 most Sundays *S*
(theres that man slob thing again)

For me, it is a little bit of both. I like looking a woman overall but also what they wear, I find myself looking at their shoes and hairstyle.:D

When I came out to my wife, I told her that, Yes, I look at women but not because I wonder what they were like in bed. I try to figure out how they have done their makeup and how they decided what to wear that day. I also look at mannerisms and to see how confident they are in who they are. I look to see if I want to emulate that person.
I further told her that if she ever sent me out with another woman to do something that she would never have to worry that I would fool around. I've got one great woman, I don't need any others!

I always look at women
I love watching women who have taken a pride in their appearance. If they have a sense of style and are attractive even better. Then I find myself thinking I wish I could come close to emulating that.

I just like to dress in womens clothing. No I'm not Gay.
No, I don't want an opperation.
Fashion:
Ahh, No Thats's not correct what your saying. I don't think I look at Women totaly for fashion ideas. I look at them just as any Red Blooded Male would. Wooo Nice Bootie. So now that I've been honest with you. It's time you be honest.....
Relationship:
I love my Wife. Who do I go home with? Yeah, My Wife of 25 years. But that does not stop me watching Women walk down the street. Especially ones that have a nice swager. :)

Well, one thing is for sure, most women could be considerd Cross Dressers for the amount of Male atire they wear everyday. There is nothing I hate more than Women wearing pants. I think they look lots nicer in a skirt or dress.
Oh and if you go to a Mall. Most of the Women dress so tackie.
My Mother does not go out untill She puts on make up, and dresses nicely for an outing. Never would my own Mother go to a Mall dressed as many do today.

I've been observing women for years trying to get ideas on the latest dressing styles, makeup trends and other attributes that women display.
I have gained lots of enthusiasim to emulate these aspects and I've found it has assisted in raising my levels of crossdressing.

Attraction and admiration... the motives are symbiotic.
Either way, my SO loves to give me crap about my rubbernecking habit, whether it's inspired by a pretty face or a cute top. We both agree that most men are not much to look at.
Incidentally, she has also become suspicious of going shopping with me, wondering whether my commenting, "This skirt would look cute" on her or me. ;)

When I am out I look at women not only because I love their clothes but because the female form is beautiful and I feel should be admired. I think that everything about women is sexy clothes, body, movement just everything.

Hear hear! Women are the biggest crossdressers of all. Trousers, socks, shirts the list is endless. Even if a man came to work with un-socked feet in his shoes eyebrows would be raised. It is such sexism. So unfair. I don't know whether to be angry or sad.

I thought about this thread yesterday while out shopping with Her Indoors.
We were just walking into a chemists and I saw this vision...she was wearing a very full gypsy style tiered skirt that was sky blue around the bottom hem and graduated to almost white at the waist. She wore a pale blue cotton top. The effect was stunning.
My pleasure was suddenly terminated by a sharp rabbit chop to the kidneys and a "Keep your eyes to yourself". As usual, I explained that it was the clothes I was clocking, although I must admit the young girl modelling them was pretty. As usual, this was met with disbelief.
I wish I had my camera on me as well as the presence of mind to use it. :D

Mostly I look at women because I am attracted to them. What drove me to this forum is when I saw a woman and I had the feeling of wishing I looked like her. That was such a horrible day for me, it was so confusing. I was having enough trouble dealing with what I was doing and then this. This has now happened on a couple of occasions in the last few days along with a couple of movies that I have watched. it's weird, some girls I am attracted to and a few others I am attracted to yet want to look like.

Guilty..guilty..The other day I was walking over to the Dollar General store for a bottle of water and it happned. I was looking at this tall woman, my interest lies there, and thinking, I could wear her outfit..she looked like a size 12 or14. I said in my head..hey I could pull that look off! I always notice what a GG is wearing...sometimes like Karren, I say.no way are you trying to pull that look off! Most of the time I just admire what they are wearing..thinking to myself..what a great look that is...love the ensemble.
