View Full Version : Longest time spent dressed?
I want to hear from others about the longest time that they have spent dressed. And if you did it for a lont period of time, like more then a day, did you learn anything from it? What were your impressions? I can't brag, I have only spent about 12 hours dressed, that's a lot for me. Hell, 6 hours is a lot for me.

I had a fantastic two weeks spent dressed and out and about. I just loved it and am looking to be able to do it again.

I went to Las Vegas with a girlfriend....had a wonderful time. The only drawback...it was sooooooo hot, and my make-up was melting. Ha Ha

Last year while I was looking for a job here in Dallas and the wife was still in WV until the house sold, I was able to dress up almost everyday. If you include wearing ladies slacks, T-shirt, and running shoes en-femm. I would wear this whenever family was around. (I was staying at my sisters house). So durning the day, if I was not out on a interview, I was fully dressed and durning the evening and weekends semi en-fem dressed. I was able to do this for about 3-4 months.
The one big thing I learn out of this was no one, even my sister, did not notice that my slacks, T-shirt, and shoes were female clothing. I think this help me, when I made the decison to go out total en-fem in the daylight. Once I started going out in the daylight and relised that no one was paying much attention to me, I expanded to getting gasoline for the SUV, getting a newpaper from a roadside stand, and going thur a fast-food drivethru and getting a burger and fries. ( My first closeup personal occunter). Since then I have gone shopping for shoes, panties, and pantyhose.

The longest was at Southern Comfort in '04, from Tuesday evening to the following Monday morning. I spent Tuesday night at a motel on the outskirts of Atlanta, drove into Atlanta to the hotel en-femme. This was the first time I had done something of this nature, it was a wonderful experience, to say the least. Spending the remaining days at the conference was relatively easy as I was among 'our own kind.' It was with a heavy heart that I 'deconstructed' on that last Monday morning.

The longest I've gone at a stretch (not counting sleeping) was about three hours. Not too bad for being bedroom-bound and in the closet.
You know what I mean.
The longest I've ever gone while dressed is about 12hrs. I would love to go longer but the thing that stops me is the shaving. If I try to get a close shave the next day I end up with my face ripped to shreds. How do you girls do it? am I a one off? how do I get to shave every day without the pain?

I can't say precisely the longest period I spent "en femme". It was a few days, but that has happened several times to me. I'm lucky enough, in a certain sense, that my wife has a job which leads her to have frequent business trips and that leaves me alone at home for three to ten days.
When I say staying dressed "en femme" I mean really all the time. This is not easy for me I have to plan it, for example I have to do my shopping for the few days that I want to enjoy my "femme" nature. The reason is that I cannot, repeat CANNOT; go do my shopping "en femme" I live in a little town where my family is very well known. So having planned to have the food and all the rest for a few days, I can then live "en femme" over a period of two to five days.
I wake up in my nightgown, go prepare my breakfast and eat it. Then I shave and take a shower. I dress up as soon as this is done. I do the house chores, work on my regular activities which are linked to advocacy for people with disabilities. I prepare my meals, eat them. I watch TV or read books when I can. The whole experience may sound silly to a GG but I just enjoy the smallest moments of everything I do while dressed.
At the end of the day I undress, that's how I learned that wearing an underwired bra can become rather painful after 10 hours :o ... I clean my makeup, get back into a nightgown and go to bed...
Love from France.

wife also works at home so this is fun
now understand why women keep extra pair of panyhose in the office as damn desk can snag a girls hose if not careful :D

before my first purge, I would guess 10+ hours, I even slept dressed (in lingerie only of course). Now I can't, I think the maximum i've stayed dressed is 4-5 hours.

Last week, 6-10 hours a day for 4 days. Not too impressive....
I agree that I need to take a shaving break after about 8 hours or I start to look a little icky. I have to be REALLY motivated to re-do makeup at that point.

I spent part of a weekend, about 36 hours, dressed enfemme. I drove about 300 miles, filled up my gas tank, stopped for fast food, checked into a motel (I had a reservation under my male name), spent the night, and checked out the next day. My shaving breaks came at times when I normally bathed. It was great and I'm trying to work out the details of another weekend like it but somewhat longer.

The longest time fully dressed was a weekend, although I spent all of this time alone in my flat. I did get nail extensions (french manicure) done professionally once which I kept on for just under 2 weeks when I booked some time off work. I spent this time semi-dressed - brightening up my drab clothes with accessories like belts, scarf, and of course underwear - and went shopping in London on more than one occassion. Must admit, I got so attached to the nails that it really was a wrench when I had them removed just before going back to work!

I went to Las Vegas the last weekend in march and the daytime temp is a very nice 70 degrees. I was very casually dressed for 4 days and loved every minute. I gambled some and hit a couple of the nearby malls for some shopping. I wore baby doll tops with supreme jeans or slacks and low heel shoes.:tongueout And was called ma'am or madam several times!!!!!!

At the moment I am on 2 weeks sick leave following a hernia repair. Last week I had 2 days dressed from when the SO went to work and slipped into her nightie until an hour before she returned in the evening. That's about 9 hours each day. I did the same today and hopefully will do it for the next 3 days less an early visit to the GP on Thursday. Hopefully the total in the 2 weeks will be about 50 hours.
You can't beat it. You begin to feel even more like a real woman. Trouble is the more you do the more you want.

I'm full time now, so i guess i don't really count...
But when i was part time, the longest period i have spent dressed and made up was about 19 hrs... I was travelling to the Ilse of Man, started my journey at 10.30 am, which meant getting ready at 9.00am, and i finally took my make up off at 3.00am the following morning. at 5.45am, i was shaving an putting my make-up back on...
Was a wonderful weekend... Spent the whole weekend as a woman, left on the friday at 10.30am, got home on the monday morning at 1.00am

Almost two days straight which was part of a 3 day business trip to Virginia where I was enfemme all but 10 hours. Including the 6 hour drives down and back enfemme!!! Had a blast!!

I feel like a mere rookie here. The longest I have been dressed fully is about five hours. That included shopping, etc. It was wonderful and is habit-forming.

I spent the first 3 weeks of 2005 dressed as female and it was enjoyable.
I am now usually dressed as a girl, including fulltime at work (accompanied by a pronoun change).

On several occasions, dressed 36 hours at a shot. And it was wonderful! As time wore on, I felt more and more comfortable, and more "normal" being dressed. I was so comfortable, I could have answered the door or left the house to go shopping and completely forgot that I was dressed!! That could have been very interesting....... but I would have loved it!!

A few times I have managed to dress for around 10 hours
It was a wonderful time, and once I found it so relaxing while sitting on the couch I feel asleep. I can only do this when we have no plans to go anywhere.

Several days at a time on the rare occasions I have been alone for that long. For some of that time I wore jeans/vest as I would in drab...but always with bra/panties/wig

I have been fully dressing everday for the past two weeks which will end next Monday. This includes makeup etc and I usually only stay around the home and backyard - I certainly don't go out in public as I live in a small town where many know me and my family!
For shopping trips, I wear my femme Levi jeans, a femme top that looks unisex and my male runners. No makeup on the shopping trip either! Otherwise i've worn my lingerie and pantyhose everyday for a fortnight now!
I also had the same opportunity to continuoulsy dress over the Xmas/New Year period and three weeks in August last year. At other times, I only dress and apply makeup when my Father is away for the day/s, but I always try to ensure I'm wearing femme underwear if possible.

The longest I spent was 9 days. I went on a trip by myself to the Twin Cities about 8 years ago. I was just getting over my first marriage and went to visit an old female college friend who knew I dressed. I spent the next 9 days as a woman 24/7.....it was an eye opening time! I found out that a) bras hurt wearing them everyday b) even if they hurt, I still wanted to keep wearing them!

You and that "baby face" of yours! (GRRRRR). When I stay over anywhere (I won't say where), I have to pack an overnight bag, including my shaving gear because after 12 hours, my beard is "toast". Ericka

My best experience was three full days from morning to night and it was fantastic... I was then really feeling like a woman, going out in town as anyother girl. But afterwards, I was happy to rest in man dresses: walking three days on heels and skirt is finally not always convenient... But I love it anyway!!! ;-)

The longest time I spent dressed was a little over 8hr.s and it was at work on Halloween. This was also the only time my wife has ever seen me fully dressed, although we weren't married at the time and she didn't know that I was a cd at the time.It was her idea for me to dress as a woman, though and I wish she were that open minded now.Unfortunately, for her that was just a one time deal.

The longest I ever spent dressed was12 hours. We were going to visit friends who know I dress and I convinced my wife to let me travel the 4 hours to their house dressed. She finally agreed, even though nervous, and I left the house dressed so I could arrive at their house dressed. When I walked in dressed it felt so good and I stayed dressed until late that night.

The longest I have gone dressed is 12 hours on a sunday about a month or two ago. When I buy clothes such as jeans and other type pants , are ladies pans . Even my when I buy shirts, I usually buy ladies' tops and sweaters. No one notices any thing about my clothing choices.:hugs:

The longest continuous time has been just short of 2 days. My wife and I planned a trip to Boston. I dressed at home, full make-up, jewelry and a semi-casual dress, and we left after dark. We had to stop at the next town to get a bad headlight fixed and It felt like an eternity that we were stopped there under the lights. Finally got to the hotel and went to the restaurant for dinner and a drink. We had a family in our corner and got no funny looks or anything out of the ordinary. Even had the waiter take our picture.
The next 2 days were spent totally en femme 24/7. I did forget to bring one of my old wigs to sleep in but otherwise slept totally en femme also. We went shopping, out to eat, and out to a show. This was my first long term and it was fantastik! I didn't wear pants the whole time, just skirts and dresses. I tried on clothes in the ladies dressing room for the first time and found a couple of great outfits.
I did find that we had to come back to the hotel around mid afternoon so I could shave again. My trick is to remove the make-up from only the lower 1/3 of my face, shave, and reapply make-up to that part of the face again. Then I would add to the eye make-up for the evening out and voila', ready to go again! The evening gave me the perfect excuse to wear the electric blue silk dress I bought. It feels great, but a little cold on a winter night! We went to Menopause the Musical and had a great time!
It was different, hard to describe though. Definitely exhausting to keep up appearances for more than a few hours. Being out in public that long is a strain on your muscles (keeping the right posture and movement), attention span (keep the voice high) and just the overall strain of working at passing. I enjoyed it immensely and am looking forward to warmer weather and going for 3 days!

Now that my dressing time has been cut down to a few stolen hours a week here and there, I wistfully look back on the amount of dressing that I did when I was quite a bit younger and say -- how the heck did I get away with it, and why did I give it up? Ah well, life is funny...
For me, the longest period I spent dressed en femme was just shy of three weeks one glorious summer when I was about 17. There were a couple of other two-week spans I spent en femme... but usually the most I could manage were 7-9 days over a Christmas break or other school vacation. I learned quite a bit about integrating the feminine into my personality as it became quite natural after a couple of days to both forget and remember how I was dressed and the role I was supposed to be portraying. Pretty heady stuff for a teenage boy/girl!

The longest at one time was 2 weeks. I was house sitting for my gf's family my senior year of high school while they went on vacation. You know, feed the dog, keep everything up. I spent all 2 weeks rotating between my gf's things, her moms and her sister. They were all roughly the same size, and I was too :). They had a pool ... and swimsuits, so I really got to know them through their clothes.
I kept a pair of her mom and sisters panties and one of her moms bras. Didn't have to "borrow" from the gf though... she knew I wore panties and every year at Christmas her parents would buy her new panties and bras for the year. For 3 years at Christmas time I got new frillies.
IT WAS WONDERFUL. I miss those 2 weeks all the time :D

I have not and do not go out en-femme but as a teenager I did have the joy of dressing as a girl at home when my parents and my sister Anne were away on holiday.
When they were all safely away I wore Anne's school uniform when indoors , (I was already wearing her knicks anyway) and was able to borrow and wear her bras, padded out, stockings etc as well. My hair being long for a boy I looked girly enough. What a week as Helen!
