I got a compliment on my shoes today

So I'm at work in my office when the group admin comes over and discusses some work related issues. She then stops, looks down at my shoes, and then says, "I like your shoes! They are really nice.", or something to that effect. Anyways, as usual, they were ladies shoes (loafers that could almost double as mens shoes). I was a bit taken aback by it, but I thanked her and she went on her way. I don't think she suspects anything, but it was nice to be complimented.

Lets see, the only drab thing I had on was my shirt. Pants were ladies, socks were sheer trouser socks, belt - ladies but very drabbish. I'll leave it to the imagination what color/type undies I had on. Lets just say they were not plaid boxers... ;)

something similar happened to me last week:

I had bought a new pair of sneakers.. they are men's but they are bright white with dark blue and bright pink trim. I had three different female colleagues come over and comment on them. :happy: I was quite pleased, as they are cute!:)

The other weekend, it was raining when we were due to leave the house for a morning trip to the garden center. I was going to wear a pair of flat ladies pumps but due to the weather I put on a pair of knee length 1 inch heel brown leather boots. Now the rest of the outfit was pretty drab, you know the sort of thing ladies jeans, grape coloured blouse and casual jacket.
Well Ann marie and I were looking at some plants when a ladies asked were did we get the boots from, I thought she was talking to Ann marie, so she replied a local shop in town.
The lady said no not Ann Maries but mine, but before i could say anything Ann marie had told her the shop and pulled up my trouser leg to show that they were knee length, I was a shock but a nice compliment when she said that more men should be like me and not so stuck in the ways. I just said early 80's fashion trends die hard.

My supervisor complimented my feminine pants prior to the meeting with the store manager which became that meeting where my gender pronoun would be reassigned to that of the female gender. Yay. That was fun.

I picked up this really cute pair of sandles from marshels a few weeks ago their just a basic thoung typ that srtaps to your foot and their flat but their adorable. well i have gotten a few compliments on them.
