View Full Version : Washing Femme Clothing

I've just washed a whole bunch of my femme clothing and hung it on the line. I'm semi in the closet, but since no-one is around at the moment, I've taken the opportunity to do the washing and ironing of my girly stuff.
But the thought has occurred to me - how do those of you with spouses and family who don't know about your crossdressing - wash and care for your female clothing? What about storage, as in avoiding creating wrinkles in freshly ironed clothes?
I guess in some respects i'm lucky that I have regular opportunities to clean my girl clothes, but I can't hang my girl clothing in the closet with my male stuff since it'd be found, and i'm not qute ready for that yet.

This is a good question. I used to have a GF and so I would hang all my fem clothes on the clothesline and so I had perfect camoflauge. Now I am alone but I do the fem clothes at the laundormat and no one bats an eye. The only bad thing is you can't try and pick up women at the laundromat if they have spotted your "other" clothes because they assume you are cheating on your GF>
I live alone and it doesn't matter that most (two thirds or more) of my wardrobe in my closet is womens.
I hid my fem clothes in the basement when I was married and my ex found them and freaked out and said it was "sick", "perverted" etc. and of course she thru all the clothes away. Needless to say she is my "ex"

When I lived in the family home and CD'd from the age of 12 till I left home at 18 I of course shared panties 24/7 ,and other clothes when home alone , with my sister and my mum so there was no problem. The outer clothing I replaced when I was finished dressing and I didn't get them dirty etc, the panties I simply put back in the landry basket the following day and these were washed in the normal manner.
When I left home I had an apartment of my own with a washing machine so no problem, and when married of course I could put the panties out on the washing line as the neighbours would think they were my wife's and we shared our underwear and some other items anyway. When we got divorced and I moved back to a place of my own I again had a washing machine with inbuilt tumble drier and do my own laundry indoors. I have my womanly clothing and panties in cupboards and wardrobes in my bedroom the door of which is locked so visitors cannot enter it.

Through a long series of events the "laundry duties" fell on to me. At first I really didn't care for that, but when I soon made the connection that I could wear what I want and wash/clean it without worry of discovery I kinda didn't mind it anymore.
As a matter of fact, when I finish reading here, I've got a load to put in the washer. Bras in a lingerie bag, all hooks fastened, stockings in another bag, to be hung up on the back of the laundry room door rack afterwards, and everything on the delicate cycle.

I wash mine on business trips and I dress for the occasion. And use the hotel laundry. Usually have hose and delicates hanging all over the hotel room. LOL And i hang all my dresses and skirts in the closet next to my male clothes....always wondered what the housekeeping ladies thought but i leave a large tip usually so they probably don't care what I wear. hehehe

Put me down as one whose wife, while not supportive (and who has never seen me) does mine with the rest of the washing.

I have two walk in closets at home. One for my gurly stuff and one for.......the rest of my gurly stuff. I keep my drabs in a hall closet. I wash my things at home.
I have a friend that actually takes her things to a laundry. They wash, dry ,iron and hang them up. They just think he's bringing in his gf's or wifes things. And it's not that expensive. sometimes she'll bring her clothes to my house and wash thm here.
