You can make breastforms out of just about anything. First start with a pair of knee high hose. You can use bird seed, rice, or fiber fill. Fiber fill is what is used to stuff toys with. Put on a bra that fits and stuff the knee highs until you can fill the ba cup and it looks the right size. I used fiber fill, and had made anything from a B cup to a DDD cup. If done right the look naatural in a bra. You can try any of the above to decide what will fit you best. Best of luck and I hope this is some help. I use breast forms now. I have three pairs of PALS. you can get them from www.supergelproducts.com. They aare not expensive and look and feel nice. I wear mine almost 24/7. Best wishes.

There is plenty of help out there. Try www.thebreastformstore for forms and accessories. You will find the folks there helpful and friendly. For wigs, try www.paulayoung.com for a variety of wigs at a wide range in cost. Hope this helps.

For wigs, I would also give a shot with www.deborahswigs.com. Deborah is very CD-friendly...well...just plain friendly.

I had two pair of silicone breast forms, after one set had to be retired, I have since purchased three pairs of PALS and enjoy wearing them more and more.
Depending upon my mood, and the style of clothing I'm wearing, I have a one set that gives me a nice B-C size, another a good C-D size, and another set that makes them look like a good D-DD size. I LOVE 'EM!!!!!!

Like some of the girls have said, you need to experiment with BF's to see what works for you. I used to use foam and surgical gloves filled with anti freeze until I finally broke down and bought a pair of silicone ones. The wigs are out there in abundance, you need to get the proper head measurement and look at different styles and colors to see what works for you. It's really not an exact science and you can have fun along the way experimenting with different stuff for your femme look. Like a woman trying on dresses: yep, nope, yep, nope,......okay! Ericka

I have 6 sets of forms. The pair I am wearning now are my newest and favourite. They are asymetrical and self-adhesive. Search eBay for breast forms. Search this forum, lots of good threads on forms. Doctor's bills? You had implants, or???

You need to be brave. Do NOT buy wigs from specialist crosdressing shops because if you do you will pay three times the true value for them. Go to a shop that sells wigs to girls. There you have a choice - tell the truth or tell them you have to play a female part in a stage production or you are going to a fancy dress party. Either way you will find the staff helpful and want in to sell you their wares.

I would suggest that initially, you pay no more than £40 ($70 ) until you find a style that you are totally comfortable with.

breast forms - search the internnet for these. an alternative is bra enhancers which will increase your bust size by one/one and a half sizes. these can be obtained from specialist lingerie shops (in UK Anne Summers or La Senza) or some department stores
