I cant wait till dark every night so I can endulge my crossdressing.
I love getting dressed, sometimes just hanging around the house, and sometimes going out for a ride. I got dressed earlier, putting on a black microfiber bra and my smallest set of breast forms. A black sheer cami, and finally a sheer black pleated long sleeve blouse with lace cuffs. I not only love the way it all feels but I love looking at the way it all comes together.
Are there alot of use who wait for after dark?

Yes and no, I am free to dress in the evening and with that comes the dark. On weekends I have the time to dress during the day and that is fun too. I'm still shy about getting out in the sunlight though.
there is truth to your thread title though. I have heard the expression, "What's a drag queens worst fear?
( daylight).

Aww come on girls, I know it's hard and nerve racking but after the first time you will wonder why you didn't do it sooner. I remember Nigellas first time out in daylight, yes she was S*** scared but the look on her face as we walked out the front door was amazing, she was like a kid who had just been given the best present ever, and most people just go about their own business and don't bother you.

We're like vampires in a sense that the darkness is our friend but thankfully we can see our reflection in the mirror. Sally2

Gawd Anne,
I thought from your title you were on about your teeth. Shame you have to be nocturnal, but atleast you get to indulge. I expect there are many who dont get much chance whatever the time of day.

The daytime seems so scary, there is no where to hide, I like the idea of fem sunglasses though.

AnneKathleen -- I've only been out during daylight. It's not so bad and you can move with the crowds or find a corner of a quiet dress store. Or the safety of your car on the road.

The darkness is our best friend, But my first time out was during the day, I went out for lunch and did some window shopping. Most MtF dressers will never totally pass as being a fem but there are alot of things to do to keep from getting notice. Next to darkness The gay areas are safe places to go.

I am in a reverse situation! I go out a lot in the daytime, and very seldom after dark. I will be on the road at 9:00 AM tomorrow driving to a friend's house for lunch and a girly afternoon. He is gay, but we chat like girls together and enjoy sipping a glass of wine at lunch and into the afternoon. It is a 90 minute trip, so I will probably have to find a pottie on the way (prostate issue). I always use the women's room at fast food joints or gas station/mini marts. I will be wearing powder blue short shorts, satin bikini panties, no hose, pink strappy sandals and my pink toenails, a pinkish girly t shirt, bra, boobs, makeup and jewelry. One addition that I got for my jewelry today was a nice ring that passes nicely as an engagement ring. I will wear it with my wedding band, they look nice together, and very fem.
When I do get to go out at night I prefer the company of other CD's, which I have written about previously.

There's only a few times when I venture out under that big yellow thing in the sky. One is "Pride" and then for a few select festivals. I have gone to wedding receptions and such during the day but that's few and far between.

Go out in the very early getting to think about sunsetting dusk. then you will have both worlds.
Or, goout in the daylight while it is raining wiht a brolly to hide behind.
I beieve that you will wonder why you are so very fond of the dark. There are more people around in the daylight and they are busy people. too busy to bother to look at you long enough to "see" you.
Its fun.
Get out.

Daylight is your friend...more people are around, so the "bystander effect" works in your favor. And there are less creeps running around.

I dont really worry about whether its lite or dark. When I choose to go out, I go, I dress walk out front to my car, and drive in to Reno, or Fernley, or Carson City. I just go. Love going in to Reno to visit 'The Hidden Woman", a small shop that is really and truly CD friendly. Even my wife loves going in!!
But I have noticed the area I live in is one that people really dont seem to pay much attention. Guess they all too busy with thier own lives.
