Hey,

Does anyone know of any CD/SO support groups in the Panhandle?

Please let me know if you do.

My Beloved and me would appreciate it.

Hi Sirena,

Should be something in the area I would think. Note http://www.clubluxor.com/html/events.htm

I have friends there dear. I don't think dressing is legal in the panhandle, is it?I went to a club in Lubbock where an off-duty cop, complete with shades (inside, at night) enforced the 'check your weapon HERE! policy. There was quite an assortment of sidearms with tags on them hanging in the check-in. Quite a revelation for someone from Canada, where you need a permit to move a sidearm, let alone own one. Nope, pretty sure dressing is a capital offense in the Panhandle.

I was born and raised on a farm just outside of Happy (real town) between Amarillo and Lubbuck. Email or PM me and I'll try to pay a visit the next time I come up to visit my family this summer. That is such a conservative area but most of the people are wonderful. I can't imagine there are many who would admit that they are crossdressers. I'm sure you do feel alone. It would be funny if we were related.

Donna,

Melanie Rudd told me that chapter folded. :(

Nothing with the West Texas Gender Benders, either. I'll have to check out if anyone at the local Metropolitan Church or PFLAG knows anything.
