Visual Eye Makeup Help?

I'm looking to improve my eye makeup, and appears to me to be the hardest part of applying makeup, and make it look good. I was wondering if anyone knows of a web site that not only has eye makeup walk throughs, but has pics or visual aids that accompany the text. I haven't been able to find any and any help would be appreciated.
