Its a great feeling to sleep enfemme. I sometimes go to bed with wig, makeup, lingerie...the whole nine yards! :D I absolutely luv it and the best part is waking up the next morning still being a fem.
That being said I don't do it often for two reasons. First off the heavy makeup I gotta wear messes up my face a bit if left on overnight. (yeap I will get a zit or two from it, lord in my 40s too!) The other reason is I messup my pillows and sheets from that makeup. I have found out the hard way to just have white sheets and pillow cases. I then chunk them all in the washer and pour in the beach. Cleans them up!
I have never had trouble with a wig leaving marks on my face but I guess I don't have it adjusted that tightly anyway.
But you should give it a try...its quite the experience!

Ive slept with a bra and breastforms many times,
Best advice, if you have different sized breastforms,
Sleep wearing the smaller ones.
It's too hard to sleep on a set of D's or DD's:D

Yes, I, too, have slept as a woman. My advice, however, is to remove your make up. You can develop skin problems and eye problems. I always take the make up off and put on a night moisturizer.
I agree that smalled breast forms are best for sleeping. I prefer NuBra since I don't need to wear a real bra. It feels more natural.

I do it lots of times when I have a dress up day.----I just place a towel over my pillow to catch any makeup stains. There are no problems with the wig.
Its also fun to have a mirror set up on the wall next to the bed, so I can get an ocasional glimpse of myself thru the night and when I wake up in the morning--Lots of fun

you know what feels great under the sheets? try wearing pantyhose all night long. Every time you roll over or move your legs, you feel the sheets rubbing against your pantyhosed legs....ummmmmmmm.:p

I was going to mention that, as i really do enjoy this, throw on a nice gown or long full slip (occasionally will leave on the make (except the lip stick to reduce pillow case staining) and time for a nice sleep.

I guess I'm just insecure because the times I have had the chance I kept waking up so I undressd and slept fine.:o

Every night Hon. I sleep in wigs and wear BF's. My "secret" to the wig lines, is to cut down a panty liner and wear it under the wig band. There is never any crease when I wake up or it is a least less noticible, depends on how strong the elastic is on the wig. Ericka

I often sleep with my breastforms on, and as the other girls have said, sleeping with smaller ones is easier than larger. I used adhesive, so I often just wear a tight t-shirt or a sports bra. Love waking up en femme.

Indeed, I sleep every night as a woman: like any woman, I undress, take off all my underwear (very few women like the sensation of a brassiere after wearing it eight hours or more), I carefully cleanse my skin from the makeup and use a soft material nightgown. For the wig, I wish I didn't have to wear one but since I have to, I survive with it. However, I don't sleep with it. I wouldn't want to damage it.

Before i moved in with my gf i slept fem all the time. It was great to wake up fem. I never wore a wig though afraid my dad might see it. I did wear a bra and water ballons for boobs pre breastform times. Funny i only had one ballon pop in all the times i slept with them. Well i always lay on my side to fall asleep and woke up on my back. Maybe i didn't toss and turn as much then. but anyway try it it's a beautiful way to wake up hun.

I sleep as a women every night. It is more of a state of mind really. Though I where my light gowns to bed and use a over night skin mask. Iwake up every day enfeme. But I have to acredit that to also the fact of living as a woman also. :p
