would you need to have hormones to make you look like a woman

In order to change gender you must start a regiment of hormons first and continue threw the surgery. As GG after memnapause they sometimes have to take hormone replacement for the rest of there life.

No surgery will not do it all. yes you must have hormones to maintain the balance.
