yikes .. if that isnt a can of worms, i dont know what is.

soooo.... if the prisoner has srs and is legally deemed female, then she cant be allowed to stay in the male prison .. but they are stating safety risks in the female prison??? .. i dont quite see that one .. i can see the obvious risk to her if she remains where she is .. but whats the safety risk of moving her to the female complex?

ok, not losing sight that she is a convicted killer .. but going through transition in jail ... yikes and a half, thats got to be majorly tough. id pity her if it wasnt for the whole killing the wife thing.

im all confused now. :sad:
