I finally pierced my ears!

After being in a long relationship with someone who didnt want me going "too far," we broke up a few weeks ago. So, today, I finally got my ears pierced! It's such an awesome feeling! I so cant wait for them to be healed so I can put something cute in them!

But wait you must do. Took mine about 9 weeks to heal properly to the point where I could insert the earring without the shaft deciding to angle up into the ear instead of through the ear.

Oh well, maybe someday. :)Girl go for it.....I have had it done for along time, and now I wear two in each ear...Most malls does it free if you buy a pair of ear rings....you may want to start with a small set of studs..and go from there...just go for it....you'll feel better and love it....

i did my ears a few days ago im a bit of a nutcace just got the studs and pushed them in made my own holes thay seem ok i have taken them out and put them in a few times so far so good:D

Congrats on getting your ears pierced! One word of advice - do not take them out early. I took one out on the day I got it pierced to see what the hole looked like, and had one hell of a job getting it back in there!

Congrats, I went and had my ears pierced two weeks ago and am just happy as can be about it. Havn't thought about what earrings I am going to get when my ears heal up. Of course the next big step for me is to have a twezzing party with my girlfriends to take care of my facial hair. Ouch!

Most malls does it free if you buy a pair of ear rings

I got mine done at wal mart. they do it for free with the purchase of earrings. The cheapest ones (The ones I got!) were only like $7

Congrats on getting your ears done jacklynne.I,m so pleased I have mine done-when ever I,m having a bad day I only have to look in a mirror some where to remind me who I really am,dressed in the horrible male clothes.The day just seems to get so much better.

I had mine done in June last year. They kept getting infections. In the end I took my earings out in February to let the infections heal. As soon as they had, the skin healed over so I'm back to square 1! I kept getting horrible pus-filled infections that my wife had to squeeze the pus from and rub antibiotic cream into. It seems I can wear only gold earings. Mind, I'll have to see about getting re-pierced now.

My wife used to wear silver earring, but kept having problems with them. She too switched to Gold and the problems went away. Some people are alergic to certain metals and Gold is the least alergic.

Use plenty of salt water solution to prevent any infection. Mine got infected within days and salt water worked wonders:D :D

Congratulations jackie..I had mine done 5 weeks ago and they are terrific I am now going shopping for new ones now that my ears have healed. You have taken a very big step and I for one know how you feel as being my ears were virgin too.

After hearing all of you feeling so good at having your ear's done Im more determed to have mine done, i did intend to last week and yesterday as well but wife was sick so didnt want to leave her, she isnt aware of my intention's and im not going to tell her, she'll SEE!!!!!,
I know how it must feel as I love my clip on collection, my wife had ton/s of stud's and hang in type and dont wear 1/2 of them so I'll just use what she dont:Di just love long one's and am looking soooo forward to having them done, Im not going to say when anymore, i'll just post a pic;) huggie's, Ava.:hugs:

I'm so happy for you! Way to go girl. Just you wait until they heal and you'll find out it's like poison. I'm up to 3 in one ear and 1 in the other. I want more! Good luck and listen to the advice. Do not take them out until after at least 6 weeks!

You girls are so lucky!!!!!!! If anyone knows of a way to get it done without them being visible during the work day, let me know. I would so love to get mine done!!!! Paying the bills though is kind of important though.
