So where does one get this "pleasure" key and is it something that can be "self" installed?
It's that little one on the keyboard that causes posts and replies to be pleasurable.

The personal pleasure key, at least for M2F crossdressers is hidden in bras. When you hook a bra, a circuit is closed and it immediately sends a signal to the pleasure receptors of the brain. Yes, I drive a big rig all over the country. In fact, I live in it. It's hardly anything as important or interesting as science or mathematics, but it's a living.

And it really beats getting a real job. :)
