Any suggestions on make up

basically i want to know if there is anything that is better at holding the foundation on my face. I keep putting this liquid stuff on but the foundation comes off after a hour or so. any suggestions?

liquid stuff is called 'primel face'

tried foundation on its own but again only last hour or so. using the rimmel foundation.
