I have read some threads about being thrilled as a crossdresser when you are not completely sure you can pass. I love teh underdressing stories. I recently was in Maryland and got dressed and went out at 1 am. Went through the lobby of the hotel with no real difficulty- only one man behind the desk. Walked out to the car and went for a ride. Then went for a walk in an apartment complex parking lot. Did fine until someone pulled in and parked right next to me while I was away from my car in 5" heels and a short skirt. I waited and they walked to their aprtment and I made it back to my car. Then when I got out again a COP showed up. I got right back in and drove off.

But it felt great walking en femme and with the breeze blowing and with my chest out.

Do others have stories like this?

In a while I will share my three outfit, washington DC story, Pants, Skirt and dress.

My very first outings aside, my most thrilling public xdressing experiences were where I got "made" but was still treated with respect and kindness, and one time (only once so far) I was clocked by a couple of 20 somethings at a strip mall. On the way back to my vehicle (it was dark by this time) they started yelling from out in the parking lot, "it's a man!, a man in a dress!!". I yelled back "yeah that's right" and kept on walking. I didn't hear so much as boo after that and the rest of my evening proceeded without incident. To me that's "thrilling" and satisfying.

Of coarse the first time out was the most exciting....Price, Utah about 3 years ago. Thought I was going to pass out from the excitement.... But other trips stand out in my mind. My trip to Virginia last winter was really great!! Three day business trip, alone, and I was enfemme all but 10 hours. This included the 6 hour drive dressed, down and back from PA. Walking through the hotel lobys, and having gentlemen hold the doors for me on numerous occations was very nice. Plus, used the ladies room on the WV turnpike!! It was a trip to remember. And on a business trip to Grand Junction, Colorado last year, while dressed, I passed a coworker in the hotel parking lot one evening....he had no clue who I was!! hehehe

If I had to pick out just one instance that stands apart from most of my others, it would be my first time to go shopping in a lingerie store en femme, only because I had several other "firsts" that day as well! I'd just gotten my first pair of 6" heeled platform sandals a few days before, and was showing them off for the first time. I'd painted my toenails a really bright "Candy Apple Red," and for the first time I wore long fingernails. They were artificial ones, and I guess I had "beginner's luck" putting them on and painting them the same color as my toenails! While I was browsing through the racks and taking things and looking over them, I was also trying to stand the way I'd seen a lot of GGs do, with one foot pointed out to the side. There's every bit as much of an art to looking sexy just standing in heels as there is to walking in them!

Another reason all this was so exciting was because, for the first time, I didn't have to worry about what anybody thought of me being in one of those places. (Well...not that I ever do anyway, but at least this time I felt like a woman doing a "woman" thing!) I don't know if I passed all that well or not, but I FELT like I did, and that's 90% of the battle right there, isn't it? Anyway, that store was just the beginning, because when I left there and walked around the shopping center a little, I heard a foreign lady behind me say "Excuse me, ma'am." Another first - took a sec to register that she meant me! She worked at a nail salon, and wanted to give me a flyer for their special deals. When I reached out to take it, she looked at my hand and said, "Oh, you've already had yours done." I think she was going to tell me about their pedicures next, but she looked down and seemed to notice my toenails were already done too. She told me they also did facials, though, so I figured I'd save the flyer so I'd remember which salon it was. That's when I made one of my first mistake - trying to put the flyer in my pocket and forgetting that my mini-skirt didn't have any! NOW I remembered why women carry purses, like the one I had slung over my shoulder! That was my - you guessed it - first time to carry one of those, and until then I only had it to add to the look! Still, it was definitely a fun errand, overall! I did a little grocery shopping on the way home. I must have gotten too excited by the sound of my own high heels clicking on the floor, because I only went in there for a few things, but somehow managed to take about 45 minutes picking them out! That's when I started wondering if I were becoming fem in other ways besides dressing up!

At the end of the day, the only thing more thrilling than shopping as a woman is SWIMMING as one! :D Unfortunately, the pool loosened up the cement, glue, or whatever it was, that was holding my articifial fingernails in place! Don't really know if it was the chlorine in the water, or if that adhesive was water-based. I guess I had my first "live & learn" lesson that time too!

Trouble is with things like this, strangers may actually have the courage to "break the ice" especially with no one else around. I'd much rather be around other people, as there is safety in numbers. It's nice that you got to do it though. Sounds like you did well and passed well. Ericka

The first and every time I went to a salon enfemme and had my hair done, but definitely the best time was the first time I got my hair cut, and highlights done enfemme in Hull, Quebec by this very "Amelie" pretty stylist from France named Anna-Lise who spoke no English. I know enough french to know she told me, "relax, you will love what I am going to do for you!". (Much sexier in French) In my french I think I said that I trusted her judgment. Have you ever gone to the pool and walked out on that high dive platform, with a dozen or so people waiting behind you? Anyway The strawberry blonde toner applied at the end was so much more femme than I was used to but it was the cut that added a certain inescapable femininity to my new look. I could see that she was cutting my hair in the in layers so that it would fall down my back and over my shoulders better....ok..I thought, and then without warning, she combed a huge section of hair down over my face and lopped off about eight inches into a bang! Wow!, I asked for it! After the drying and ironing I almost couldn't recognise myself. I felt like crying. As a lovely little irony, for the first time I began to worry about passing as a man while I was not dressed. With my hair femme cut, femme styled and femme coloured I think I really crossed a line that day. With all of those stylists remarking on just how pretty I looked I was (really) ready to explode with joy. Waking up the next morning with long, strawberry blonde highlighted hair and a bang, ....heaven.
The moral of this story girlies, is that if you have any chance at all of letting your hair grow long so you can fully experience the salon....do it!!!

My fav experience was when I lived in Fla. I lived in New Symrna Beach just south of Daytona. I had rented a beach house for the summer. It was late at night and I was feeling good so I got dressed in a nice full button up skirt and button up blouse, and I was wearing panties and a bra. I decided to take a walk on the beach at about 11 pm. The beach is very big around there so I didn't feel that I would have to run into anyone if I was careful. I felt the wind under my skirt and it was truly wonderful. I walked about a mile up the beach. On the way back I got a little courageous and started un buttoning my skirt so I was showing quite a bit of leg and maybe more. By the time I got back to my house, my blouse was unbuttoned and I was really enjoying the moment. I felt so very much alive.

To me every time out is a thrill. I just went to a casino named the hole in the wall on sat. I dressed in jeans and a nice top with high heeled boots I had a great time but didn't do well at the black jack table.

My wife and I moved into an old farmhouse located on a major highway. We had rented it from a lady after her parents had passed away. They had an auction and sold all the items from the house. When we looked it over, they had numerous boxes of clothes still in the upstairs. The lady told us the boxes were full of clothes from her and her sisters from many years back and that they would get them hauled off to the landfill before we moved in. My wife loved the house and we rented it. Moved in about 3 weeks later and never really went upstairs, since we didn't have a lot of stuff yet. My wife worked at a hospital till midnight and I had a few hours to myself. I wandered upstairs one evening and noticed those big boxes full of the sisters clothes. I immediately started rummaging and found many treasures. Old panties, bras, full slips, corsets, dresses, girdles, garters, and stockings. I was in heaven. Many of the items the elastic was shot as much of the stuff was at least 30-40 years old. The stockings had no stretch at all. I immediately put on an outfit. Wow, I felt so feminine.
I used to dress up in various outfits and parade around the yard in the late evening showing off my femme side to all the travelers on the highway. The later the night would get, the less I wore. About dusk I would be in panties, bras, slips and be out doing yard work or many other things.
This was the most exciting time for me crossdressing that I ever remember. All those sexy vintage clothes and all the cars and people traveling that could see me. Many times I would be sitting on the front porch, after dark, in a wig, bra and panties. Oh how I loved those times!

I did fine until someone pulled in and parked right next to me while I was away from my car in 5" heels and a short skirt.

Five inch heels and a short skirt! Are you nuts! 5" heels! Did I read that right? Your feet must be killing you. On the other hand, I bet your legs looked great!

The five inch heels were a bit tough but I like them and my feet don;t really hurt. They get tired though.

I am a bit surprised that I did not get more posts to this thread.

So my three outfit story.

I decided to go out in DC. I was in made up and dresssed. I left the hotel with no proble luckly with my bag. I was wearing a long sleve top and slacks and 2" heels. I drove into DC and looked around for a safe place to walk. I found a park next to the distract court and walked. IT felt great. Then I changed into a mini Skirt and jacket with my five inch black heels and walked. It was a thrill.

Then I drive over to another part of town around GW and went walking. Oh, my heart was beating like crazy but it felt great. Finally, I wanted to wear this sequenced dress that I had. It is difficult to zip to begin with, worse in a corset and stockings and heels. And tying to do it in the car would be impossible. I was able to change next to my car. What a rush.

Then I went for a long walk. This dress is drop dead georgeous. Tight, sequenced and with 5" platform heels, well.

I finally drove over to gerogetown, Parked on a side stree and walked down to the main area and walked around. I was incrediblly nurvous and could not stay on the street long as I was scared but what a thrill. I was on the side street and had the paper delivery person lpull up and place my in their head lights. I am sure I looked like deer in the headlights. They dropped the papers and left.

I figured I ought to head back. But what a night.

I guess three things come to mind. I once travelled via car from VA to PA to visit my folks. I dressed en femme with a lovely long broomstick dress and black leather flat lace up boots. I did my makeup first. But didn't put on the wig until I crossed the Bay Bridge Tunnel. I stopped at a drive through for Iced Tea. Had to stop along rt 13. There was a rest area with several porta potties. I took my purse and went in to give back the tea. There was someone waiting to use it, so I mustered all my fem courage....opened the door to see a man waiting to use the facility. I smiled, and went to my car and started shaking. Not sure if I passed but he just smiled back and held the door for me. Then I had to drive another three hundred miles en femm...sounds a bit like Karren H eh?

Another time I tried to summon the courage to go out to a TG Gay bar in Norfolk. When I was driving a lot of cars came up to me at the light and a few guys in a car next to me..were giving me the eye...was I made? Not sure, I smiled and continued to drive to the club. It was rather busy based upon the number of cars in the lot and I sort of chickened out and drove home.

The last one was going to a fetish shop in DC..dream dresser and shopping and trying on outfits for ME..I had fessed up to the fact that I was a crossdresser to this cute little sales girl. Oh, I was in drab at the time, but my legs were shaved.

Walked into a closed bar, twice. It was closed for a fund raiser for a conservative republican candidate for US Congress. I wore a favorite LBD. Thrilling, to say the least.

today was the first time i went out in any clothes. i wasn't trying to pass, i had on a pair of my girlfriend's jeans with a hole in the back so my panties were exposed some and went out to my truck to get something. Sure it's not thrilling till you think of the fact i wasn't trying to passs, just being lazy and then a lawn care guy was across the street and a jogger strolled by and probably saw.

The first time I went for a drive all dressed up late at night. I was stopped at a set of traffic lights and a car with three young guys pulled up alongside. They looked over, spotted me and started yahooing. Fortunately the light changed and I turned right and they kept going. It did give me a rush though.

My first time out was at first nerve racking. I didn't put on a wig but I was in full makeup with glossy pink lipstick. I first went to a coffee shop and bought a coffee and the young persons working there only giggled at me. Upon leaving, I worked up a bit more courage and went to the local mall while attempting to hide my lips as I strolled into a department store and up to a makeup counter. A very attractive female clerk asked if I could be helped. As I raised my face to see her, she gave me a bit of a strange look. Me heart was racing and my hands shaking but I asked if I could see some cosmetics kits. She immediately smiled at me and said of course. She then said that she sometimes sees guys that are cds and she likes to treat them nicely. Wow was I relieved. We then tried various shades of lipstick on my wrist and boy was I excited! I spent a good sum of money but what a time I had. I also ended up with a beautiful case full of lovely cosmetics that I use all the time.

Quite a few

In order

1 the midnight postbox run dressed up
2 openly buying femme clothes, wigs and make up
3 getting pictures done and having them on the web/msn
4 going shopping to places where i am known in drab... but in full make up and clothes/wig etc, in the daylight. several times. And they knew it was me as i had a different regional accent to them.
5 going clubbing en femme to transmission a few times
6 checking into hotels en femme
7 being with mandie my gg other half dressed and made up is the most thrilling, to see how she encourages it and loves it.

i am sure i have lots more thrilling moments to come.

Gawd are you kidding me I'm still scared just being in the house dressed:eek: ! LOL

A bit of caution I was a police officer in the near downtown area where I patrolled, we picked up more than one CD who knew or didn't know that they were in a known "pick-up" area and we busted them for loitering. Felt like a hypocrite a little but most were out trying to get a "Date" . The personal at the jail put them in with the women but didn't release them till rush hour down town. OH I bet that was the longest walk of their lives :chained: I hope they had a change of clothes in their cars. :worried:

Every time I go I get a thrill of some kind and my first time I'll never forget as long as I live, but to date the most memorable ones have been:

1) Going clubbing with my wife, both of us in girly tops, short skirts and strappy sandals.

2) Wig shopping on a Saturday afternoon then on to the mall for some shopping in my new wig.

3) Going shopping in Walmart. I know this sounds weird, but somehow to me it's the lion's den, if I can do it here I can do it anywhere.

The best is probabaly yet to come. We're going to SF pride in a week and I get to be en femme all weekend :D

What's the most thrilling thing i've done?

I doubt i'd describe most of mine as thrilling, I think they're more fulfilling than anything.

About 2 weeks before i went full time, my partner was away, and i was looking after my children, and my eldest said he wanted "Becky" to take him to school. Fortunately the school already knew i was going to be going full time, so it just happened a few weeks before we'd said. It was quite nerve wracking, but in the end it was probably one of the more fulfilling things i've done, picking my children up, and being accepted as a woman by other women at school. I guess it's the ordinary things that please me!

The day i went full time I had my hair highlghted, restyled from the andro style to a pretty feminine style was also "thrilling" as i felt like a princess when i left the salon. It mus have worked, because I've had so many compliments about my hair in the 8 weeks since!

The most scary thing i've done was the very first time i went out in public, that was in Bristol in 2004, and it was an enlightening and eye opening experience for me, but it was scary none the less!

Do things like having job interveiws count? i've had one recently, and to be honest, it was so much easier as a woman than it ever was as "him".

Mine is dull compared to others but it was still a thrill for me. Baby steps I guess... Sometimes I go out into my dark secluded backyard at night in a sexy outfit and high heels. I love the sound of the high heels on the pavement as I walk around. The last time I wore a thong, black lace top and pants and my 5 inch heel thigh high boots.

I vividly recall each instant several of my (female, as it happens) neighbors spotted me fem for the first time - what a buzz - but the biggest thrill for me was verbal. En drab (sorta) I was shopping for a dress, found one and went to the counter where the salesgirl commented, idly, 'for your girlfriend?' 'Nope, this one's for me' I responded. That was a major moment of reckoning for me.

I get a thrill everytime I go out. I've gone to a lot of gay bars, a few straight bars, to restaurants, ridden the bus, gone to a Las Vegas showand the Burning Man festival while dressed. Each experience was fun, each experience was different.

My first time out without a question, and the only one so far. I was in a different country, nobody knew me, small hotel and nobody could recognize me, in sum, the perfect situation. Got dressed, wig on, make-up, that fabulous ****ty look and out to the street. It was around 1:30 am but there was a lot of people in the streets, so I decided to go around the block, stopped at a corner and smoke a cigarrette... I was so excited and yet so scared. Finished smoking and walked back to the hotel when two guys in their mid 20s said something... I simply didn't understood because my ears were booming and just gave them a quick look and walked faster to the hotel. still now I remember and I get nervous again...

Probley not a big thing for some of you, but driving in fem, remember my first drive was when I went and got a transformation done in Detroit two hours from home and I had it done the day before the Super-bowl, yes I'm decked out and siting in a traffic jam in Detroit and then ended up driving home in snow thinking what if I wipe out and here I am all dressed up and in heels, but I made it home safe, big thrill to me.

One time while in drab, I was shopping for some new heels. The sales lady asked if I needed some help, as I was browsing through the womens shoes. I said yes. I need to look at some Bongo shoes. She showed me their selection. I ask for the highest heels, and if it was okay to try them on. She selected so beautiful ones with ankle straps and high chunky heels and said it was okay to try them on. I had on fem trouser socks and tried them on there infront of her. She said they looked great! It was a great feeling and they only cost $12 and change. What a ride home wearing them.:heehee:

As crossdressers, most of us are thrilled any time we have a chance do dress. For those of us who have been lucky enough to be accepted by friends and family, it is a thrill to have someone drop by for coffee or drinks while we are en femme or to go to a dinner or barbeque at a friend's house while dressed. Little things like showing up for someone's birthday party at a local bar or goiing shopping are thrilling. I suppose the fact that they don't know whether Glen or Glenda will be present is a thrill for most of my friends as well.

But if you're talking about the most thrilling times, it would have to be intimate encounters while dressed en femme. I've had a few, but probably the most enjoyable was when a friend's girlfriends from Florida were in town for a visit. One was married but the other was single. I met them at a party and almost every single guy there was hitting on the "new" girl. I don't feel comfortable with pick up lines. I'm just not the type to be aggressive. You should have seen the look on the guy's faces when she left the party with me.

Make-up - $9.00
Dress - $32.00
New Wig - $129.00
Leaving the party with the pretty girl - Priceless

My most thrilling moment was quite a few years ago i had gotten all dolled up and went out rideing around Lynchburg , VA late at night (about 1 am or so) i was starting to head back and stopped at a Kroger supermarket to get a drink from the soda machiene in front i pulled into the fire lane and left the car running got out and diddnt realise it but hit the lock button as i closed the door so there i was totaly dressed up and locked out of my car with it running in the fire lane at a store thats open 24hours a day and people around i ended up haveing to go inside and i found a girl stocking shelfs and i told her what had happened and she called a locksmith i had to wait about 45 mins outside the store for him to come and unlock it i was totaly embrassed and scared too but thrilled none the less , the locksmith and the girl working at kroger treated me no differently the girl inside was very nice and helpfull i could tell she knew i was a CD and in quite a sitution . so lesson of the day girls is make sure either u have the keys with u or the door to your car is unlocked when u get out if u go out on the town in femme :heehee:

I remember my first time shopping fully dressed ! I was sooooo nervious ! I had been out shopping the day before with my girlfriend at the time, and had seen some lovely cloths that I just had to try on !! I got all dressed and gathered all my courage for my first shopping trip enfemme !
I had been dressing for a couple of years and had many trips fully dressed around town , but never to a ladies store to shop !! I was scaried and excited all at once !!
I drove to the mall and sat there fixing my make-up , making excuses not to go in !! Finally I just said to myself , " You have been out in public and had no trouble , just go in and look around !! " I opened and closed the car door a few times before making the big step !!
With my best girl walk , I walked to the store that I had seen the outfit I was interested in ! Once in the store I just looked around to see if any of the salesgirls had noticed me and what their reaction was ! As I looked toward the counter , I caught the eye of one of the girls , she smiles and asked if there was anything I needed help with ! I smiled and nodded no . I got to the rack where I had seen the top and skirt I had seen the day before , a very conservitive outfit , long sleave top and a mid calf lenght skirt . I found my sizes and picked them out and looked at them , put them back and then looked at them again !! I didn't notice that one of the girls had come over and was standing behind me . She spoke up and asked if I wanted to try them on !! I almost fainted !!
I smiled and handed her the outfit . She lead me to a change room and told me if I need any help , just call . As I walked into the dressing room I was in heaven !! I quickly slipped out of what I was wearing and tried on the top and skirt !! As I looked in the mirror I thought , this is perfect !! The salesgirl knocked on the door and asked if everyting was OK . I gave it a few minutes , thinking she had gone , before coming out of the room to check out the outfit in the 3 way mirror just outside the change rooms ! As I opened the door , she was still standing there and having seen me in the outfit , smiled and told me how nice it looked on me !! I couldn't believe it , this was too perfect !! I checked myself out in the mirror as the girl went back to the counter . She re-appeared with two more outfits , saying she thought they would look really cute on me !!! I didn't know what to do !! I smiled and took them into the dressing room , my excitiment getting the best of me !! The outfits she had picked out were much more daring then what I had picked out !! Tank tops and short skirts !! I feel in love with them and hurried to try the on , and get back to the 3 way mirror !! As I came out to see how I looked in the cloths , the salesgirl was there , telling me how great I looked and how the first outfit I had picked out was a little old for me !!
I was in heaven !! Couldn't believe my luck to find such a helpful sales person ! I took what I had tried on to the counter and pushed the cloths the sales girl had picked out , toward the cash resister to be payed for ! She asked about the outfit I had picked out and when I said no not today , she smiled and told me she liked the other outfits much better anyway !!
I have gone back to her many times over the past couple of years , spent too much money LOL, But she always greets me by name , and helps pick out outfits for me !!
Hope all your first experiences are as fantastic as mine was !!

I drove to another city close to where I live fully dressed and in full makeup
to a prearranged appointment at a Merle Norman studio for a makeover.
When I was done there I went to the local mall and shopped at many stores.

A few years ago the ETVC group held their Halloween party at a hotel in San Mateo. In order to get to the ballroom where the party was held, you had to pass another ballroom where there was some kind of latin party going on (tango, lambada, etc). No problem going in but as I was leaving there were a bunch of guys standing outside the ballroom and they made me. They were catcalling and whistling but as I got to the door I just wiggled my fanny and walked out. A little scary but thrilling.

I'm like a lot of other girls as it had to be the first time out emfem. Once you get by the fear factor all was cool. Hell I even ate lunch in a nice place and nobody knew the difference. WOW I will never forget it

5 inch heels and a mini at the Mall. I'd say your chances of getting read were high. Anything remotely resembling a woman in that attire would
get 2nd and 3rd looks from most guys. (I would). But I do like the way you handled it.

My first thrilling outing was the first time I went for a drive all dressed up. I was wearing panty, pantyhose, bra, slip, a black/whilte knit dress, black 2" mules, purse, full makeup, wig, painted toes and figurenails. I walked out of the back door to the SUV. Got in and just sat there. Finally I started the engine, backed out of the driveway and started my drive around the neighborhood. My heart was in my mouth, felt like I had cotton stuff in my mouth at the same time. Sweating and hyperventilating. Then about half way around the neighborhood, I realized that no one was hooking at me or staring at me. I started to relax and by the time I pulled into the driveway, I was on cloud 9. First because I had done it, gone out in the daylight and two nothing happen.
Two days later, I decided to go out again, but this time I got brave and stopped and got gasoline at a local Shell station. I was wearing panty, pantyhose, bra, half slip, a sliky pull over short selve blouse and a green skirt that came down to just above my knees. The first thing I noticed was getting into the SUV was not as easy when I had a dress on. The skirt was a lot tigher. LOL. When I got to the Shell Station, I selected a island that was a little isolated from the rest. As I was about to get out and pump gasoline, I noticed a gentleman walking across in front of the SUV. I quickly grab my purse and pretended to be looking for something in it. I was not nervious until that moment and again my heart lept into my mouth. Once he was out of eyeshot, I calmed down, took a deep breath, breathed in the purfume I was wearing, open the door, Slid out onto the pavement. As I was pumping gasoline, the same gentleman walked back across. I took a deep breath and turned my back to him. In retrosecp, I don't think he even noticed me at all. LOL I finished pumping the gasoline, struggled back into the SUV, (dam tight skirt LOL), and drove back home. It was also thrilling when I noticed while I was driving home that my skirt and slip had rode up some, exposing a lot of thighs. LOL

Can't believe this thread is alive again. The most thrilling time for me dressed is my next time out.
I've already been in a major mall dressed, had my portrait taken, had three make-overs, a pedicure, tried on shoes and skirts, returned clothing, gone to the small salon where I bought my wig (and the owner who sold it to me less than a month before couldn't quite place who I was).
I have been approached by the girls at mall beauty counters (I just had a make-over and said no thanks). Used the same motel three times to change. The first time I came out to the lobby dressed (I had warned the clerk) she said I looked good and then snapped a couple of photos for me. Because someone was with her the last two times, she just shot me a smile and little wave.
I don't know what I'm doing this Halloween, but I'm going for it.

It is good that it is back again. Memory gets jogged and forgotten excitment comes back to haunt and display in my mind.

I forgot the first time I walked onto a station platform to wait, like a few others for my train. Opening the door and climbing in felt really good and there was the extra shiver of "Will I get a seat by myself" ? variety. I did, and then someone sat down next to me as the train started to move. He did not so much as look at me, just a glance. (So much for sex appeal.) I did wait for quite a time on that journey before asking him to let me out. I had to head for the toilet. Coming back I was nervous of him, geting so close to pass him to get into my seat. No problem, he just looked up and moved and that was that.
There I sat, a very happy bunny.

The most thrilling thing I have done is to surprise my psychologist by showing up for an appointment fully en femme. I had been seeing her to try to sort out my gender feelings.

It was a morning rush hour appointment, and I purposefully parked about six blocks away to force myself to achieve maximum public exposure.

She was very happy and gave me a big hug at the end of the session.

Another thrill was going to a salon en femme where a sympathetic stylist cut my hair into a feminine style. There were quite a few people there, and the staff treated me like any other customer.

Several things come to mind...

* Shopping at Talbots. Anytime.
* Pulling on my older sister's panty girdle one afternoon when I was 10 years old. I was hooked.
* Spending a two-week vacation at the coast as a woman. Plunging into the Atlantic in a bikini is a rush.
* Trying on, and purchasing, a wedding gown with cathedral-length train at David's Bridals. Also, white satin shoes, a full petticoat and a veil.
* Going to a movie matinee while decked out in maternity clothes, including a 25-pound device I made to strap to my abdomen to simulate a pregnant belly.

also

went white water rafting with my wife as well (in a group of 8 on the boat) and got VERY soaked...

I also passed without question back in those days....

I haven't been away from the house, but I live far enough away from others that I can walk around outside without much fear of discovery. Still, we're close enough to a road that if I'm out front I could be spotted and that does add a little excitement to it.

Not many things feel as nice as being outside and having a fresh breeze blow up your skirt. I've been wanting to get all the was in character and go out, but my wife just isn't quite ready for that yet.

But as for just plain exciting, the first time the wife and I played dress-up in the bedroom would be hard to beat.

Being outside whilst dressed is definitely the most thrilling so far.

I haven't been out in places where there are many people around, except when being out for a drive at night whilst dressed.

Most of these outings have been in secluded parks during weekdays when no-one is around. Usually, I'll arrive at at such places whilst dressed, and then go for a quiet stroll and then return to my car afterwoods.

Part of the thrill is being dressed with no possibility of slipping back into boy clothes because they remain in the car.

My favourite outfit for such a stroll (in spring), is a short pleated flowered skirt (not TOO short), a lacy white blouse, and a straw sun-bonnet.

As others have remarked, the feel of a warm breeze swirling your skirt is a fantastic feeling.

The next thrilling thing I have daydreamed of is to share such a stroll with another crossdresser, preferably hand-in-hand .....
