Here's a couple of sites I came across for voice lessons:

I can mimic a number of voices, but am limited because problems with the vocal chords due to acid reflux.

I try talking aloud in private or even singing along with music trying to cut the edge off my voice. If I keep at it, I might be able to attain a "Lauren Bacall" sound, but it feels like my adams apple protrudes a little more when I do it. Hopefully, time and relaxation techniques will be of some help.
I've always had a mean falsetto, and I do "Donald Duck" better than Donald does himself, but a truly feminine timbre is just out of reach so far.

Wow, Julie, that's impressive. Other TS's I've heard in documentaries didn't sound that good. In fact, they sounded like a man trying to talk like a woman. I like Calpernia's voice sample--that was cool.

Julie, I've been trying and trying, but it just doesn't seem to work for me. My voice is deep, but one of my biggest problems is a lack of any real range. Most people have a pretty good range in the voice, sadly I don't. I can't even do a falsetto without my voice cracking terribly.
I'll check out the site you linked, but I may be a lost casue on this one. :(
