I know there have been plenty of threads on breast forms but I haven't really been able to find an answer to my specific question - so here goes.

Up to now I have only used the cheap push-up breast enhancers and have been able to create a small amount of cleavage with those. However, I'm thinking of investing in some forms and wanted to know if I can still create my own cleavage with them, and if so what shape forms work best for this. I really want the forms to fill out my bra, AND push what I've got front and center for cleavage. What do you girls recommend, or won't this work?

Well I don't use my breast forms with low cut tops or dresses, only with high ones. I use a tight pushup bra and two sacs mad from nylons and fine bird seed. Place the under your breasts and they push up what you have to give the cleavage effect..... end result......

For really easy cleavage, you just can't beat NuBra. They are a pair of self-adhesive bra cups, slightly silicone-enhanced, available in 3 or 4 sizes. I warm mine up in the microwave for one minute, and apply them to my breasts. If you want maximum cleavage, you apply them further apart, then bend over and clip them together. If you apply them quite far apart, say more than 4", you should have your bra on, ready to flip up, to hold the NuForms on the breast. Instant cleavage. With a little practice, you learn wear to install them so that the clips are not visible behind the centre of your bra. Available on-line, or eBay or at various stores. enjoy!

Dear Stephany,

I do not normally desire to display "cleavage" in my day-to-day life as I considerate it a bit tacky and at my age inapropriate. I do not see any women my age (don't even ask dear) dislaying cleavage except at the beach and then damn little at that.

However, when I DO wish to display a bit of cleavage, I do essentially what Karren descibes with a good pushup bra and silicone fillers or what I have heard called "chicken filletts" on this site. These are small silicone fillers I can place in the bottom of the cup to push what little breaast tissue I do have "up and in". This can create quite a dramatic effect with the right bra and the right fillers. The ones I have came from VS. Try two in each cup for more effect. If you do a search on this site you will discover MANY other girls who use this exact technique, so it is a popular and much used method.

For me, the downside of this method is that I have to keep adjusting them through the evening because there is no weight in the cups to keep them down. Real breasts have some weight to them and this helps hold everything in place. When using the pushup bra and fillers I can feel everything sliding up every time I raised my arms. As in dancing, hugging, waving, etc. and then I have to retire descetely to adjust myself. This just never happens to me with a good full coverage bra and a good set of breast forms. Also I just LOVE the bounce and sway that the added weight gives me that I never feel with the pushup bra method because it is working so hard to hold up so little.

If you brush up against someone with the push up technique you are going to feel hard and unyeilding whereas a good set of forms are hard to distinguish from the real thing.

So, those are my thoughts. There are many others. Practice, practice, practice. You will come up with a method that suits you.

Thanks for your replies ladies. It's as I suspected - you can't have your cake and eat it too! Anyway, I've decided to go ahead and get the forms and use them when I wear higher cut tops, as Karen suggested. Now for another question!

I've seen that forms come in different shapes (raidrop, teardrop, triangle). What difference does it make, and what shape do you recommend?

Triangluar, they fit inside the shape of a standard bra perfectly... without spilling over any

Dear Stephany,

God yes!

I can't figure it all out either. Who knows? There are so many different shapes because women come in all different shapes. This is one more place where it pays to have a professional fitting. GGs who need a prosthesis after surgery go to a fitter, and then insurance, or they, pay an enormous amount. The fitter has a wide range of sizes to choose just the right shape from.

I didn't do this, and I doubt many other CDers have either.

I bought PALS. I called the store and described what I wanted. Other than being a tad large for my tastes, I am very pleased. I intend to do the same thing when I can afford real silicone. (the PALS are a gell) What I got appear to be ovals. I can put the longer side up for fill above my breasts or sideways for fill under my arms (which I really like).

So I wish I could answer your question more completely. I can't. But the store has a vested interest in getting you forms that you like. Give them a call.

There are several previous threads on this and related topics. I have two sets of nuBra self adhesive which are great for creating cleavage, and can be worn under some other, larger forms. My first set were #7 triangles, bought from MissSuzieOnline, and they give the best projection, and as Karen says, you can pop them in your bra, and away you go. I have two sets of teardrops, which give a more realistic look in some ways, because they have the extension towards your underarm. I got lucky and bought a very high quality pre-owned set of #9, which are pretty large, and bought a great little set of #5 from Silicone Works that are my gf's favourites, because I can use adhesive, and once they are applied, move very realistically and look great braless under a tight t-shirt, halter top, sports bra, etc. My last purchase were a set of asymetrical set of self-adhsive forms that are very realistic, but a bit firm, so they look nice under clothing, but don't move like the teardrops. I had a couple of girls massaging them in a bar when I wore them under a black turtleneck. (They let me reciprocate, and when a friend came along, and saw the three of us in this boob-testing chain reaction, she started laughing so hard, she couldn't talk). I bought them all on line. Keep us posted!:D

Paris is a sweetie, and helped me make changes to my order at the last minute.

Another tip that has not been mentioned is one that I use. I have triangular forms from Silicone Works that I use with a pocket bra. They go inside a sealed partition inside the bra so they are not visible. Then I apply a little "It Stays" adhesive and slide what natural tissue I have over to the center and up. The back of the bra grabs and holds this tissue in place. I occasionally have to reposition, but most days do not. I have seen some girls with fanstastik cleavage but then you can see a bit of their forms or push-up devices.

good luck

Thank you girls. There are some great tips here that I've never come across before. I'm definitely going to try some of them out.
