I was inspired to create this thread after reading about all the school and small town CD days that have been canceled due to one or two people who dont agree with it.

Perhaps we should all ban together here at these forums as well as with other TG/CD sites across the net and get the word out about this. Then we could all sign a petition or something and get a national Gender Appreciation Day going or something. Imagine a CD day for the entire nation! :D It could be our little way of telling all the intolerant people everywhere that we wont be silenced.

I was just curious about what everyone thought about this.

It's a great idea Rachel. The only problem is most of the CDs are in the closet. So it would be tough for them to do anything.

I'm crazy for this idea, only, I'm afraid all of the intolerant rednecks out there would use it to hunt us down, especially girls who live in smaller towns and all. Here, in the Twin Cities, we piggy back with the Pride festival every summer and it seems to go over well. I guess we can't live in fear forever. Every movement has to have its leaders, its risk takers and its hardships to get anywhere. The more we make noise, the more we will get the rights we deserve, rather than the fear we live with now. Land of the free??? Hmmm.
