WOW. I've heard about things like that also in food and soy products. I always thought fishies had pretty eye because of all the makeup I washed down the sink after dressing. Lol.

Those waterways could become like TG/TS fountains of youth's or efemmenineness!! :). With spas springing up all over the place!!

Hmmmm. Might want to get in on the ground floor and go by some swamp land in England.

Love Karren

I read the article, Tekla. Something to think about. Must really be a huge problem. I wonder if it's widespread here in the states?

Male birth rate is down and the sperm count is down in the population as well !!! They are blaming it on hormones in the water. Gee seven eight ounce glasses of water a day times 28 HMMMMMM I think I'll do some sewing and catch the soaps excuse me. LOL

I happen to live in probably the worlds cleanest environment, fresh unspoiled, unpolluted abundant waters abound... just my luck that the 2 litres of water I force myself to drink on a daily is just pure water, if I lived where that article was written, I'd be probably completely transformed by now...

Go figure?

Cheers

I wonder if in the US we have a lot of high, extremely happy, and incredibly buffed fish around, because we flush a lot more cocaine, anti-depressants, and steroids down the toilet than hormones...

The article didn't name the river! I hate it when that happens! When I was a born-again Christian, early in life, I travelled to the Holy Land and collected a bottle of water from the River Jordan. My daughters were baptized with it. Now that, well, I'm sadder but wiser, I could easily go for a swim!

Hugs,
Susie

Fish tend to do that.

Yup ! Aside from the chromosomes I have heard that human males are just over developed females, there just could be something to this. I know I alarmed some one else when I stated this before but this article has to make you wonder.

Wouldn't it be interesting if overly aggressive behaviour in males triggered in them a sex change? It would make for a more peaceful world.
