Where to buy cool tights....?

Hey everybody! its been a long time since i actually posted here, ive been really busy. but anyway, do any of you know a cool store to buy cool tights at? like weird or odd colors, patterns, etc.? i want some really bad, but cant order off the internet! :(

try a large department store such as Macy's, Bloomingdales, Lord and Taylor Searsor even Spiegel and Penny's which can be ordered via telephone. I know that some drug stores are catalog pickup areas for JC pennys.

The price at $19 was okish but the post to UK at $15 meant i had to order 3 other items Because i am a thrifty girl (any excuse)
