was curious,they claim that some surgeons are better than others and can effect how well you can be say "aroused" compared to a perfect ordinary gg or a not so good surgeon who don't do as well and may cause your arousal to be not so effective.any recommendations on good surgeons? ones to avoid? i've heard some go to thailand or canada for their surgery.
figured it'd be helpful in the long run and decision making.thanks for any info.

Trinadad Colorado is suppose to be the sex change capital. In fact the one doctor that does the surgery is a MtF herself.

Thailand can be much cheaper (even when airfare is included) than US/Canada.

Supposedly some SRS surgeons there are just as good as their North American counterparts.

I do not know what the statistics are on who's supposed to be better at it these days. I've heard glowing reports and horror stories from most all... You're probably best off with going with one of the top names. Be sure to do adaquate research and know what you're results should be.

I went to see Dr Meltzer myself, while he was still out of Portland OR. Overall Iam probably 80% satisfied with the results, and have had no problems with sexual arousal. As a matter of fact, I my first post surgery 'O', about 3mo afterwards. From what I hear though, most do not that early.
