Amazing Day Yesterday !!

My wife an I have broken new ground after and emotional struggle over the past few days.

Yesterday, I was unable to contain myself, and visited a local outsize shop (I am size 24 UK, due to my 44 inch chest), and was browsing the rails when the lady asked me if I needed any help. Without really meaning to I let on that I was looking for something glamourous to wear and, to cut a long story short, was ushered into the changing room with some of the most deliciously gorgeous clothes I've ever ever worn !!

Both of the sales ladies were so very helpful, polite and sympathetic, and I ended up trying on 4 skirt and trouser suits.....and all in my lunch hour !!

However, the cheapest was £385.00 so it is unlikely that I will ever buy one (the one I really wanted was £489.00 !!!).

Then, last night, we went to Marks and Spencers where I was measured for a bra (by the lingerie specialist) - in the mens fitting room !, and was then helped by the sales lady to choose something appropriate.

I was on cloud 9 !! My wife was with me, though she was a little embarassed and kept a low profile during the lingerie buying episode !!

For the first time ever I was allowed to wear high heels at home (we even joked about comparing heel height on our shoes !!), and on friday this week, we will eat our first meal together with me en-femme......

WOW !! After the past few months, I really hope things go smoothly !

So now you have to do something really special... Have you prepared a nice dinner for her while en femme? I bet you she'll love it and ask you to do it more often... :)

Here are some tips that have worked for me and hopefully can help you as well.....

Now that your wife has made some very nice inroads you need to show her how much you appreciate what she has done for you, by doing something for her. Whether it's a chore around the house (regularly) or a behaviorial change she has been asking for.

I think that if you are allowed to dress regularly, then you need to hold up your end regularly. It's the two way street thingy. Make sure she knows how much you appreciate what she has done for you.

The next lil reminder is to go slow. let this settle in. Give her a chance to absorb this and get use to seeing you like this before you steam roll into your next desired change. Keep her in the loop and keep the chit chat going.

Sounds like things are going well. Good luck and remember to take smaller steps in those high heels.

As Gina mentions, go slow. Let her absorb the changes.

I would suggest that you ask her to be honest with you when she starts to feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable. This will happen from time to time. If she holds it in, it can be detrimental in the long run, and when she lets it out, may have done an about face.
