View Full Version : Does You Feminine Image Have More Fun

I have gotten to know a few from here their Female persona as well as male, and a few have said as a male they are no fun. For me It's slightly more fun as a woman, but it is all new to me going out and that's why I think it is so.

My male half has responsibilities, bills to pay (some created by Kristen's Shopping), and I am confortable with both, I even don't have a problem showing my male image to those I go out with enfem. The two have accepted the better qualities of the other. Girls what do you have to say

Definitely more fun.
A whole new world opened up and quite a few burried traits have been revitalized after self-acceptance (and unintended freedom).

As it has been said in some other thread: CDing gives more than it takes.

Can't participate in the poll, as I don't go out "as female" though I dress in public.

Hi Kristen
Walking out and about, if its in town or by the sea or anywhere else dressed as female is more fun. The sound of the high heels, the feel of the skirt as you walk. When its windy can be a hell of fun too.

Nevertheless, I would say its more fun when its raining. You have your handbag on your shoulder, and in the other hand you have your unbrella.
With high heel boots, a nice long skirt a short coat just walking slowly as the others just walk pass fast.

Yes I would say one hell of fun to be a woman

Depends on who I am Kristen. As Richard, it's mostly more work and less play. As Ericka, it's more play and less work. As Eric, it's anybody's guess. Eric is my X-Factor, never know what that guy/girl/guy is going to do.Keeps life interesting anyway. Ericka:happy:

Way more fun as a female than as a male. As a male I have responsibilities, as a female I do not.

I enjoy doing 'guy things' dressed as a guy. I enjoy doing 'girlie things dressed as a girl. I enjoy doing 'guy things dressed as a girl too. I try to enjoy most every moment of every day.

I have alot more fun going out as a woman, more social and outgoing, and able to dress with more imagination.

We both have fun, just differently...

I said the same as I do have fun in both. As Charlie, I entertain and that is a blast, as I can scare 'em and make 'em laugh as well, and it is more effective as a guy to do ghost tours. Lily has a blast most other times even having to be dressed in drab waiting for Charlie to do his thing. It's all a gas! Love and xxxx, Lily

Kristen,

Very interesting question! I am a GG and naturally my perspective will be entirely different on the question of what is more "fun". I certainly qualify in the category of, "Fun, What fun My life is Boring".

Fun being a relative term, I imagine that being a male could be more fun than a female at certain times. For women, there are general considerations like socio-economic status, the obvious menstral cycle, giving birth and the occasional double standard. As a woman, I have had no choice but to work full-time, take on the responsibility of managing a budget, decision-making and care for my family. I have similar responsibilities as many men do.

I imagine that if I were or lived as a man, I could:
- travel anywhere with relative confidence;
- fart or belch and make other lude comments or gestures with my males peers;
- negotiate the purchase of a car or a business deal and be taken seriously;
- speak to other males without them stairing at my chest;
- go in to any tavern or bar and be accepted as one of the "boys"; and
- be paid the true value for the work I do, et cetera.

With genuine respect for the folks here, I would love to hear how being female equates with fun in the real world. Do not get me wrong, I am happy to be a woman for many reasons, not the least of which is the freedom to express my feelings and emotions. However, I would like to point out that fun means different things to different people.

I used to have fun as a male. For years my interests have come and gone, never taking any one very seriously. I could make a long list of stuff I've done, but nothing ever really satisfied me. Michelle has always been a part of me, but in this last year I've come so far, and have done so many new things, it seems like I never really had fun before, just acting at having fun, like I act at being male.

If I were a woman, I'd get surgery to stop menstruation (endometrial ablation or hysterectomy) and I'd never get pregnant, and that would fix that.

I am so glad for all the replies, but even more for your post. We can be happier with female images because we have created them, with the thoughts of who the woman we want to be is, we can take the best qualities of being female and toss the "difficulties" of real life women have to endure. If we put as much effort into our male persona as we do our fem we would in general be happier and a more rounded person for it.

Don't bring yourself down to our level, fart or belch and make other lude comments or gestures with my males peers; lets bring the world up to where it should be for all.

- negotiate the purchase of a car or a business deal and be taken seriously;
- speak to other males without them stairing at my chest;

I cant do these things myself

- go in to any tavern or bar and be accepted as one of the "boys";
- travel anywhere with relative confidence;
- be paid the true value for the work I do, et cetera.

these are things we all can do our part in.

I have a lot of fun doing my "guy" activities(cars, airplanes, tinker with electronics), then I transition to Vikki, and enjoy going out to clubs and socializing and dancing. My drab self is too shy to do the club scene. So, I'm happy in both worlds, at least, for now.

Kristen,

Thank you for pointing out that I may have taken the original idea of "image" out of context. Yes, you are so right about being a more well rounded person. I feel so provileged to be able to share ideas here and to read about different opinions. I have such respect and admiration for all the wonderful CDs on this site because of their choice to express who they are. If everyone in the world had the capacity to be accepting of others, we could all be free to become healthy, more well rounded individuals. This forum is a good place to start. I look forward to hearing more about how people feel in their female and or male image.

Both when "passing" and on my T-girl outings to clubs I have more fun. You can be alot more outgoing in girl mode than is accepted well in boy mode. I am quite expressive and sensitive in boy mode. But I find it much more relaxing and freeing to be a girl. If you feel like dancing, you just get up and dance. By yourself, with other girls, beside other couples, whatever.... I would never do that in boy mode. I don't shy away from being the only one out on the dance floor. I just feel much more able to express who I really am and how I really feel at any given time, as a female.

It doesn't hurt that I look and feel 10 years younger also!

My male side has lots of fun, out with friends and at parties and such,but my fem side can find fun and excitement just being dressed and out on her own!

I'm afraid that my public outings are severly limited. However, as a contibution to this discussion, I am certain that my female persona is a much more relaxed, genuinely nicer person, than my male half. Just wish i could spend more time as Caroline!

I find my fun is enhanced going out dressed as a woman. Even though I am somewhat large, so are many of the women who attend the cultural events I attend (concerts, opera, museums, etc.). I am able to soften my voice enough to carry on a conversation, which I really enjoy doing with other women. I also find I'm treated nicer as a woman.

It's not even close! My femme persona has much more fun when out. I feel that I can be much more expressive when en femme. Plus, I get much more attention than when in drab, and I love every minute of it! [COLOR="Magenta"]

I enjoy going out in both modes. It is getting to be more fem doing some of the drab things. And I love shopping now where before it was in and out as fast as possible.

My wife isn't too accepting, so the closet to public I've been, is my backyard at 11:00 at night, and my front porch (same time) with no lights on.

my public outtings that really had any amount of time with other people have been confined to a couple of halloween nights out at straight type clubs.
The GG there seemed so much more open to me and a lot less threatened
by me in a skirt compared to normal mode.
Last time I was setting at a table with a group of college age girls 20 years younger and had the time of my life partying and dancing with them.

So as women we look and feel younger (thank you for makeup), we are less shy, we are more exciting, less conservative, and vain. I guess as guys we have fun watching the paint dry, I suffer from some of those same things I have jokenly said, I guess it's easy to be someone else hidden behind the wig and makeup.

I have a balance in my life. So I enjoy it both ways. I have to admit that when dressed I am much more relaxed and the enjoyment is a plus especially when I can get together with my girlfriends.

After all these years dressing up is still something I look forward to doing expecially after shopping for a new outfit.

Come to think of it it is more fun as Kitt lol
