Really appreciate all the kind feedback. Got to go to work again tomorrow, but this last week was somewhat better. I am learning to keep a better attitude and not letting it get to me. I do customer service over the phone for a major cell phone company. Lots of angry or obnoxious customers, also lots of people that are a pleasure to deal with. If a customer is obnoxious to me there is nothing he or she can do to actually do me harm. If he cancels his or her service it certainly does me no harm. There are many times I am able to give real help to the customer. I have always been the type to view my cup as half empty rather than half full, hopefully I am beginning to break that pattern. I am a beleiver in a benovolent God who cares for me and that there are much better things in store for the future.

With this attitude, I'm sure you'll do great. I wish all customer service professionalsl had the same approach.
