Does Anyone Else Dress Up Just For Self-satisfaction (not To Pass In Public) And/or Enhance Their Sex Life? I Used To Go Out A Lot, Now I Keep It At Home. I Love Lingerie, Wedding Gowns, And Extra Fancy Dresses.

I still very much enjoy the sensual feeling of wearing sheer stockings over fresh shaved legs, an above the knee skirt, quality heels, soft blouse, earrings and lipstick. It's that simple. For me, it is an emotional and physical high and elevated level of consciousness.
It feels good, not just to wear all day long, but the prep work and putting on the clothes is almost as much fun as wearing them.
There have been a few times (not many) where that excitement, bliss and pure relaxed enjoyment was not there and I knew it right away. I stopped and resumed the drabby male attire, knowing that the right time would come again.

Yeah i totally agree when i was younger about 16 there was a sexual side to it stockings and suspender belt and some self satisfaction but im way past that now.
I just dress now because i like to feel sexy and thats how i feel when dressed.

It is all about pleasure hon. It does not matter if you just curl up in an overstuffed chair reading, or slip out for an early morning walk; it is not about others, it really is just that wonderful feeling of completeness. It is about being yourself. Sometimes just sitting in a chair, telling yourself that you will read, but the truth is that you are just feeling all of the sensations of the cloths that you have on, it does not matter if you are completely dressed or just in a casual mode, you feel so very feminine and completely free at last. There is no one at that point the you wish to be other than yourself, damn the world, you are yourself and that just happens to be a women. I love every moment that I get to trully be me, socity may say that I am male, but I know that I am a women and love to feel good about myself; that means that I am en femme.

This is a wonderful thread and so well shows how different and personal the experience is, and yet the common thread is a meaningful satisfaction.

Isn't it an amazing rush to spend that few (?) minutes morphing from what our lives have been (are expected to be by others and maybe ourselves) into a new person, shifting so many mental gears by just taking that first step in a 4" heel. Life as a male ceases and all the senses turn to the gender that we have admired all our lives. Suddenly we can be a part of (almost) all that is that gender, and it is such a very strong rush of emotion.

As has been said above, what you do at that point is almost secondary because the primary emotion is doing it en femme.

I think that is the main reason I do it which is to keep my feminine side happy...It may sound strange but I found if I don't keep both sides of me happy I am not happy as a whole person. My g/f is moving to my area in about a week or so which is going to make going about it more difficult but hopefully I will be able to find a way.

Strictly at home pleasure! Like today with the wife out of town, heels, hose, dress, makeup--you get the picture! You mention wearing a wedding gown--never done that but would love it!!!!
